Hello, good evening I just want to mention a bad experience with the attention received from the staff at the Sunrise restaurant. My family and I have been customers for several years. Today, when we arrived, the girls at the entrance received us in a bad way. and always making gestures, I think they should be on the lookout since that gives the place a bad reputation. They immediately sat my family and I at a table. We ordered the usual things as usual. When it was time to pay, we noticed that the boy who had attended to us had charged a lot for some crepes we ordered, we got to the cashier to pay and we told the same girl at the entrance and she very rudely told us that that was the total and making comments about how we always went and sat with a girl my ( Prima) saying that she gave us discounts and had preference with us if several people had served us a while ago and there was no problem and she was making a bad face and speaking sharply and loudly, she left us talking alone and she continued walking... well no wanted to listen to us, I don't know why they have That type of despotic and arrogant staff in the restaurant and even more so at the entrance, which is the presentation of the place. For my part, I had no desire to return or recommend the place. It's a pity and finally, on several previous occasions we had already had many cockroaches. In food I hope you are more careful and have good hygiene when serving and receiving your clients and even more so in your food!!

This place has great coffee and food. The HVAC system is emanating a horrible odor. It gives me heartburn, I tasted it on my food and had horrible burps from it. I miss eating at 1 of my favors diners. Please fix it.
