I won't say this is the best Mexican food. But definitely a reminder of the old Mexican Inn. My favorite growing up as a kid.

The owner is a ridiculous human, will purposely make your time difficult if he doesn't like how you order, often closes down early. If he's not around, it's a cool place with good food.

I was hesitant on ordering from here because I remember Mexican Inn. But after finishing their fried crispy beef tacos, cheese tacos, rice and beans, I can say I will be a repeat customer. The food is very good and filling.

Not worth the money. It's way overpriced. You have to pay for water. $2 a bottle and $5 for the smallest basket of chips. If you want more that's another $5! Ridiculous.

Great simple tacos. Ordered the 3 tacos amd got 2 chicken with soft shells and 1 bean with crispy shell. Highly recommend. Quick service amd friendly. Inside is a little quirky but fun. Definitely will go again the next time I am in the area. (I could have taken a better photo).
Exactly how I remember it as a child on the East Side. Get the crispy beef/chicken and soft cheese. I promise the soft cheese will be unlike anything you’ve had before. Take the time to talk to the owner and learn about the history of the original Mexican Inn
