The worst costumer service I’ve had at ANY ice cream place! First of all the lady taking our order made an irritated-disgusted face when we told her it was going to be a separate order. While helping us with our order she charged us 2 extra bags of chips we didn’t want. She claimed there was no refund available and she repeated our order but after telling her if we can have our money back she finally gave us the refund. 2. The food was not worth it!? Elote was dry and did not taste good. While they were making our milkshakes they scooped the Oreo chunks with their hands. How unsanitary!?

Ice cream was all home made and delicious. The mangonada was great. I tried one scoop rum rasin for the first time, and it was also very good. Nice choice when visiting Whahala Beach.
