The food we got was made wrong, so we took it back in and asked for it to made right and the worst experience was the workers... not the food. You don't have to be rude because you make the food wrong. Just ACCEPT it

Recommend checking your order every time literally every single order I get is messed up I get chilli Cheese dogs most of the time but they always give me chilli dog no cheese I'm almost done going to this DQ cause I've been going there all my life but last few years they mess up easy orders so these workers need to make sure they are ringing up the order right or if they don't hear someone clearly politely ask what the customer said or repeat order back to them it's not rocket science dairy Queen its making sandwiches

Ordered on the app. Got to dairy Queen and waited 43 mins for them to get done making my cheese burger and french fries. Good job fire the people you have and hire new ones. Very useless workers

My food was made wrong and when i asked them to remake it they ignored me. And shut the window on me. I also saw atleast 2 to 3 roaches inside through the window and even found one in my bag, i ended up throwing 20$ worth of food away..
