ordered a cone, girl made it wrong infront of me and i said so as she handed it to me. the girl that made it threw a visible fit and refused to correct her mistake. the cashier was forced to make it and it was still incorrect. stomped off and could be heard making light of the whole thing.

9 17 25 ordered a small chocolate strawberry blizzard it was so full and melted no way they could even flip it. And when I asked to put in bigger cup they acted like idiots and only put a sunday top under cup needless to say ended up all over my hubby's clothes.

The food we got was made wrong, so we took it back in and asked for it to made right and the worst experience was the workers... not the food. You don't have to be rude because you make the food wrong. Just ACCEPT it

Recommend checking your order every time literally every single order I get is messed up I get chilli Cheese dogs most of the time but they always give me chilli dog no cheese I'm almost done going to this DQ cause I've been going there all my life but last few years they mess up easy orders so these workers need to make sure they are ringing up the order right or if they don't hear someone clearly politely ask what the customer said or repeat order back to them it's not rocket science dairy Queen its making sandwiches
