Food was served in a good time frame, food was delicious. Service was a little weird like the servers didn't know who had what tables and multiple servers came and asked the same thing, the servers would just appear and stand there not saying anything, and very much hovering. Making the atmosphere a little uncomfortable. Everyone was kind of a blah attitude of not really wanting to be at work. But in all a good little diner.

The food was awesome! Nice place. Had to ask each and every time for any of us to get a refill. Had an attitude about something the food had on it that was just different and unexpected.Honestly would go back in a heart beat, but would ask for a different table if I got that waitress again.

We had pancakes. They were very good. Our server, who had just begun working there, was great. She made sure our coffee cups stayed full and we were pleased with our breakfast. We will surely go back and try out their lunch menu.

My first time here was great. My grandmother frequented this place a lot before she passed away and I wanted to experience a restaurant that was near and dear to her heart. The service was quick and friendly to be seated. The food was absolutely amazing for the price and you got A LOT of it. Some of the best, down-home cooking I can say Ive had in a while. Their chop steak while it was slightly greasy for my liking, the fat gave it all the flavor and tenderness. The side salad was huge and I enjoy a big salad with my meal. And the chicken noodle soup was amazing. Can tell that it was homemade. I live in Michigan, but I will travel to Indiana for this cafe.

First time here under new ownership. former Kostas. fully staffed. affordable. Hopefully new carpet in the future as it was soiled beyond recovery. But hey i dont eat on the floor and there is a lot of industrial workers that eat here. so if the quality and affordable boxes are checked im good.Parking: large lot park a mack truck or 10.Dietary restrictions: accommodation for my food allergies
