A year ago everything was great. Now, embarrassingly pedestrian. “Made to order Quarter Pounder”…because they’re all made to order (Hahahahahahaha). “Please pull forward”. Wait 5 minutes for the “ made to order”. Fed up. Drive around again. “Oh, just missed you at the curb.” BS. Lie. Received my Luke Cold burger and board stiff colder fries at the window. This place needs a managerial overhaul post haste. My hometown place sucks. Figure it out or just post a “We don’t care” advert for the locals. I’m finished being suckered into this joint.

I was going to use my birthday deal to order a cheeseburger in Winamac, Indiana but they changed the lunchtime to 11am. I waited to order but only breakfast items were still the only option selectable. I went inside and spoke with the cashier, she in turn went to see the manager. After waiting 30 minutes for my birthday burger the cashier told me there was nothing they could do. Not once did the manager speak to me but when I told the cashier I would not be ordering anything the manager yelled from the back of the kitchen, don’t yell at my staff (which I wasn’t). That’s when I yelled which I am sorry about. If the manager doesn’t want to talk to upset customers, she needs to find a different profession.

If you go through the drive through you can expect to pull around the side and wait for your order. It's often three cars deep. There is a grease trail from the counter out the door to where the cars are waiting from the feet of the food runners. The sidewalk is black with a grease trail on it. They make you pull around because they are getting timed from when you place the order until you pick up your food "at the window". So you get your drink that stops the timer. It doesn't account for how long you wait around the corner for someone to bring out your order. After all this BS they don't even put napkins in the bag so make sure you order those too.

Food was poorly made, nuggets weren't done all the way, almost no condiments on the sandwich and charged twice for mac sauce for the nuggets. Line was backed up as many were pulled forward waiting.

Hate that they pull everyone forward for thier order. PROOF they only care about numbers not customers.

Vegetarian options: 0 vegetarian options other than fries. They should have kept thier salads as well.

I went to this McDonalds for breakfast. Manager was every rude to employees. Talking not so nicely to them loud enough for everyone in the lobby to hear. She even came to the register and was telling the girl how she messed up by not charging the customer before us, and she said he had paid for his food, which he still hadn't received after waiting 10 minutes. The manager made him pay again. He should of gotten his food for free after waiting so long. This is not the first time I have seen and heard this manager talk to her employees this way. If I was the girl at the register, I would have walked out on her. The poor girl looked like she was almost in tears. The last time I was in there an employee told me that I should take the receipt because of how often they mess up the orders. He was right, my order did get messed up not once but twice on the same order. This McDonald's would be better off with a new manager.
