This McDonalds is a freaking joke. The management sucks, and never does anything to help make anything right. When you finally get your food after a minimum of 15-20 minutes, it may not even be right.

It's McDonald's dont expect anything I went for a drink and instead of them saying sorry our fountain machine is down I pull up n she pours me a drink from a 2 liter bottle of coke in a McDonald's cup when I asked why (after she charged me for the drinks ) she tells me it's because the drink machine is down ....... let's just say health department was called

This is the worst McDonald's in America!! They always pull you around even if it's just for a drink.. the food is never hot or even warm.. always tastse old and cold.. they pull you up and still never have the order right

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! SERVICE IS TERRIBLE....HOW DOES IT TAKE 20 MINUTES TO EVEN BE NOTICED STANDING AT THE REGISTER NOT TO MENTION 15 MORE MINUTES FOR A COFFEE!!! WHEN I FINALLY DO GET MY COFFEE (WHAT THEY CALL COFFEE) ITS NOTHING BUT CREAM WATER!! ID LOVE TO SAY ITS ONLY BEEN ONCE...UNFORTUNATELY ITS ALMOST DAILY! DONT GET ME STARTED ON WHAT A JOKE THE MANAGER SAMMY IS!! SUCH A COWARD SENDS THE LITTLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH WHATS HER JOB!!! SHAME ON YOU!! STEP UP AND DO YOUR JOB!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MANAGER PAY! WHY NOT GIVE THE JOB TO SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY HANDLE IT!!!

Absolute worst visit. I had come through the drive through at about 8:30pm, I did not leave until 9:35 pm. Granted, it looked like a pretty good rush, there was absolutely no reason that I sat in that drive thru for an hour. Majority of that time was spent waiting at the speaker after I had already ordered because the line was not moving. I should’ve pulled out of line like some of the other vehicles, but I figured maybe it won’t be so bad. I was wrong. I’ve worked in fast food, I get having difficulties, having a rush. What I experienced tonight though, it was unreasonable. Once I pulled up to pay after waiting for 45 minutes, I’m told my order “disappeared” and that it’s because it had taken so long for me to get to the window, apparently this was happening to multiple people due to the ridiculous wait time. I’m then asked to re order, so I did. I pay, and I’m on my way to the next window. They hand me what’s supposed to be my order, half of it’s correct. Didn’t give me any of my drinks, gave me the wrong meal, no condiments, and tried to tell me to have a good night. I expressed the issue politely, trying to hand them the items I did not order & told them what I did order. They basically shrugged their shoulders at me saying “well that’s not what the screen says”. I told them that I had to re order because of the time out, I know what I ordered, and it was an error on their end. They were unwilling to fix the meal, offer a refund, and kept forgetting to give me my condiments and drinks. Finally, I just left with the order not being fixed & ended up wasting food and money. I hate that I’m even leaving this review because like I said, I get it, but to an extent. Definitely won’t be back.

Ordered fresh fries with no salt. Received cold fries heavily salted. Way to go Mickey D's.
The burger was a quarter pounder with cheese. Supposedly made fresh. Hardly. It was room temp and obviously not made as ordered.
Took five minutes to get our order put in. We waited as we watched the employees look at us and then disappear in the back.
Way to go Mickey D's. I wonder how many customers you lose on a daily basis.
I know I have had my last burger and fries from a store that doesn't care about the customer.

Waited in drive thru, after paying, 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger 4 nuggets and small fries at one o'clock in the afternoon. Fries got cold.

We ordered a double filet o fish and got a single. They were slow serving people and no one spoke Spanish and they needed to relay to a Hispanic family they were out of chocolate milk,No mas leche de chocolate.

Amber told me to save the oversalted fries and 50 dollars in food and deal with the G.M. after she was rude and basically accused us of lies ,when we eat mcdonalds all the time unfortunately because kids like them but the logansport one by Walmart is great so try to stick with that location the customer service is friendly ,food orders don't get messed up as with winamac constantly and not to mention the mangers attitude oh i am sorry asst.manger I guess ? The first girl said she was Manger then said I will give phone to asst.manger makes sense ... anyways if you want oversalted uncooked fries ,sloppy sandwiches winamac location is your place .
I usually stop in in the morning and get breakfast from picking up parts for work
First shift is great. But every other shift sucks. Staff is unfriendly and food is always messed up.
