Last night we ordered $60 worth of pizza. Expected pick up time was 6:11. My husband waited there until 9:24pm. Never getting a refund or our food. Many other ppl also waited for nothing. This isn’t the first time this happened to us, with this Pizza Hut, but it is absolutely the last.

This might be my final attempt with Pizza Hut! I placed an order about 2 months ago, online; when I got the notice that my food was on the way I started watching for it (I'm only like 6 blocks away). What a surprise when almost 20 minutes later I still hadn't gotten my order and when I called up I could hear some guy in the background, indirectly, call me a liar about getting the notice; I had my food around 5 minutes later and it wasn't even warm. This is the best pizza hut in our area. They are always friendly, I don't think I've ever gotten an order not perfect. Today we went in because our grand daughter is doing the book-it and had earned a personal pan. As we left with it I slid in the snow, dropped it and the pizza flew out onto the ground. I walked back in ready to pay for a new one, but they gave it to me instead. I'm so impressed!
