We placed an order online. We arrived at the time it said it would be ready. However, we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes once there. It was just kind of irritating, I ordered online to avoid having to wait. The food, thankfully, was delicious.

Last night we ordered $60 worth of pizza. Expected pick up time was 6:11. My husband waited there until 9:24pm. Never getting a refund or our food. Many other ppl also waited for nothing. This isn’t the first time this happened to us, with this Pizza Hut, but it is absolutely the last.
The second time it happened I waited at the counter for 37 minutes before anyone ever bothered approaching me. I’ve managed restaurants and this one simply needs the entire crew fired and new ppl put in place. Ridiculous and shameful.
