Ordered a pizza tonight at 8:30 an hour and a half went by and we called and they said they had no door dash drivers you would think they could have gave us a call and told us that you weren't going to deliver our food so I guess we were the only delivery for the night it's okay we have food at home I forgot to mention that we were going to pay cash because the time before our bank account got hacked I'm thinking more door dash then pizza hut but not great experience

Pizza Hut treats you right. The Door Dash delivery people are great! The problem is with Door Dash - the company. Door Dash needs to update their computer system or something, to make the delivery process better for their drivers and the recipients of the orders.

My grandson ordered online and they called and said they were out of the crust he wanted and out of the drink he wanted. It's crazy how they can be out of so many things. Ridiculous. When he got his pizza it was cold and the cheese was hard and not stringy. Overall a bad experience today.

Very little experience with this place, but each time doesn't go well. I've only had the pizza twice because the other times, I had to cancel due to the pizza not being done in the allotted time frame given and when I go to pick it up, the order hadn't been started!

Always a clean restaurant, been going here for over 20 years. They have a nice big room for meeting or parties.
Breadsticks were soft, crisp and awesome! Personal pan pizzas we ordered were cold the cheese was melted but overall pizza was on the colder side and personal pan pizzas are my ultimate favorite. We also ordered the new cheeseburger flavored melt it was too crunchy and hard. Would have been better if it was softer for sure. The flavor was good, but it was overcooked! Added on a 2 liter at the window they made this a very easy experience for me to do.
Little slow with service at times, not sure if its low staffing or not. The food has always been great though!!
