Every single time I try to use this PK, the orders take an insanely long amount of time. Decided to give it another go, and they told us it would be ready in 20 min. We know they are slow, so we showed up in 30 min. Surprise: they didn’t have our order ready. No big deal, she says it will be done soon. She FINALLY comes to take our payment as the cook is boxing up our pizza, and she says she’ll be right back with the pasta salad. After an additional 15 minutes of waiting, the cook grabbed back our pizza because he realized he mistakenly put someone else’s pizza in our box. So he finally put our pizza into the oven and said it was going to be an additional 20 minutes now. I asked to cancel my order as the cashier said that “our order is 95% done” and then proceeded to say “it IS done” in the rudest tone ever. At that point I said “It’s not done, it’s not here,” and she refunded our money in the rudest way, still saying our order is done, even though our pizza was STILL in the oven and we STILL did not have our pasta salad. Will never waste time on this place again.

What happened to the Winchester Pizza king? It used to be amazing. Actually, what happened to Pizza King in general we visit Pizza King quite often and wow. It's a little less frequently every month. Winchester, fountain city, richmond, they are all getting really bad. The pizza is never done and the ingredients do not taste like they used to. The Winchester Pizza King is probably by far the worst we have visited. The waitress acted like it was absolutely killing her to serve us. From actually taking the order on the phone to ringing us out at the register. They acted like it was horrible that we were there, ordering food and they had to do their job. At least the two women did. There was one tall skinny guy working in the kitchen that actually seemed pretty cool. My fiance got a salad and the lettuce was all wilted and tasted like it had said on the counter for about 4 hours. Probably won't be visiting the Winchester Pizza King anytime soon. Actually, if I went to Winchester and all the restaurants were closed except for pizza king, I'd probably just go to Walmart and get some bread and bologna.

I enjoyed my pizza. I ordered the Royal Feast or something like that. Their equivalent of a deluxe pizza. It is a thin crust pizza with a fair amount of toppings. The surroundings are dated but plenty nice. Lots of room for all your friends. The people were all very sweet but I think there was a mix up with the wait staff. I waited quite a while but nobody came for my order. So, I went to the window and ordered. They did not have me pay, so I assumed someone would bring my check. Check. No one did. Had no one refilled my drinks. I'm not sure if this is customary here but I think it was just a mix-up. I think you should give them a try.

Was told be done in 30-35min.. i got there at the 35min and had to wait another 25min til I got my food! Breadsticks was cold! The cheese was lumpy! And the pizza was like warm! Very unsatisfied!!!

A couple months ago I ordered and door dash hadn’t delivered it had been almost a hour. So I called my food was still at the store so I just drove & picked it up, got home my subs were not done and I said light sauce…my bags were covered in sauce. So I brought them back, the said they would fix them, I go wait in my car 25 min went back inside and they hadn’t even started on them, so I go back out to my car and wait another 20 min…all I was offered was a 2 liter of pop which I told them to keep.no refund after spending $$ on 2 subs & 2 breadsticks and 2 hours later …
Best breadsticks around and the pizza always great

Manager that is now serving is ridiculous. We live in a small town and we don't have a lot to eat. We have very few places to order from. So instead of the manager actually taking responsibility for her store, she in fact blames it's on everyone else and says for me to deal with it through someone else. After covid times, the restaurant business along with its STANDARDS, has decided that because it can not get employees to work nor get anyone to take the job which once was something to be proud of. Then put anyone they can and let it ride out since it's a small town franchise and we don't have much we can do. It's sad to say that the standard is lowered and that you can spend the money, but get issued a lower standard and not all of your money back.

We just ate at pizza king in Winchester and it was terrific. The staff was working hard and the place was spotless. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was piping hot. Thanks so much for our meal
