I enjoyed my pizza. I ordered the Royal Feast or something like that. Their equivalent of a deluxe pizza. It is a thin crust pizza with a fair amount of toppings. The surroundings are dated but plenty nice. Lots of room for all your friends. The people were all very sweet but I think there was a mix up with the wait staff. I waited quite a while but nobody came for my order. So, I went to the window and ordered. They did not have me pay, so I assumed someone would bring my check....
A couple months ago I ordered and door dash hadn’t delivered it had been almost a hour. So I called my food was still at the store so I just drove & picked it up, got home my subs were not done and I said light sauce…my bags were covered in sauce. I think everyone should give the new store manager Mellisa a chance, she’s going to do great things in Winchester, the food is better and service is great. They will do everything they can to please you
