I love this place, i come here very often and everytime i come here the teenagers are so respectful and always have a smile on their face but when i see adults they look grumpy and have an attitude and very impatient but besides that my order has never been messed up amd the food has always been perfect.

Kid-friendliness: Me and my kids come here very often and usually there are teens working here but these workers are so nice to kids and perfect kid options for food.
A common stop for my children and so before school on the weekdays they have me. Always friendly, very consistent, never a problem and who doesn’t love donuts and coffee?

I usually don’t have an issue with this particular location with my order, but tonight was a different story. My refresher was messed up so I pulled back around to the window and was told by the girl at the window to next time go to the speaker. I’m absolutely NOT doing that, for next time. It was slow and you all were standing around. If my item is messed, then I’m going to the window. And I didn’t realize she hadn’t given me my receipt the first time.

I love this place so much I come here every weekend atleast once with my kids either Saturday or Sunday depending on my work schedule and my kids love this place the employees are the sweetest human beings to walk this earth and they love my kids. I ahve 6 kids and we all including my husband love trying fun drinks like the new coolatas . My 2 teens love the refreshers and my twins who are 7 absolutely die for the donuts and my 3 year old really enjoys the hasbrowns.

I will take that extra mile to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts location in Winfield versus the Dunkin’ Donuts and Valparaiso Mortland Drive route 30. My coffee & food always fresh & warm! And kudos to the manager (Thai) with her positive friendly and professional personality.My coffee is always fresh and not the last cup of coffee sitting in their pot. Thk you!

everytime i go they mess something up, i got a wrap and it wasn’t even a wrap the sausage and cheese were in the bottom of the bag and the pancake was torn up! and the sausage was old. i called about it and the guy was quite rude!
