We swung through the drive through for some drinks & donuts. We ordered 4 Boston Creams. They tasted old and dry and we were an absolute mess. The chocolate was melted off and the bottoms were ripped, as if they'd been stuck to a pan and the dough ripped off when the employees peeled the donuts off the pan. I only ate one of mine and couldn't stomach the thought of eating my other one, as the first one was so bad. When we got home, I looked in the bag and found what's in the pictures. The donut looks horrendous. These are the worst donuts I have ever been served. No one can convince me that these donuts were fresh. They were very obviously old ones that were still being sold. The service wasn't the worst in the world, but it could have been better. Staff didn't talk and acted like it was an inconvenience to their day to serve customers. Overall, I 100% do not recommend this Dunkin.

I ordered a sesame bagel because I saw it in the case, then after I purchased it they told me they were out. I was confused but I agreed to a plain bagel. Then while I was waiting I saw the employee cut through the bagel and into his own hand. He then proceeded to put the bagel in the toaster. Needless to say I left without a bagel 🤢

Rarely do I stop by Dunkin, but today I was driving by and figured I would grab a coffee. Never again. I spent $7.78 on an iced coffee with 2 shots of espresso and cold foam. The steep price isn't the problem, it's what they served me. When the drink came out, it was not even 3/4 full. Rough to pay close to $8 for a coffee that has more ice than liquid and partially empty before you even start to drink it. The little I did have tasted pretty good though.

Typically, I enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. I think they're coffee is brewed just right; so, good job on that note! As of late, I've been asking for light ice in my large coffee. Surprise, I never receive light ice. Contrary to their assumed belief, the point of the light ice is not to get more coffee. Although, I don't know anyone that would be opposed to that. The point is, I don't want 3/4 amount of ice in my coffee. If it takes me a few hours to sip on my coffee, now I have watered down coffee. This is not personal, people. If a customer asks for light ice, give them the light ice.
Update: This is so uncharacteristically of me to one, post reviews and 2, return to update my review. Look, I'm a very easy going person. That being said, I literally just received this coffee. It's almost gone. WHY am I paying $6 for a large cup of ice? Seriously, get it together Winfield DD. This is unacceptable.

I love this place, i come here very often and everytime i come here the teenagers are so respectful and always have a smile on their face but when i see adults they look grumpy and have an attitude and very impatient but besides that my order has never been messed up amd the food has always been perfect.
Vegetarian options: Great selection
Kid-friendliness: Me and my kids come here very often and usually there are teens working here but these workers are so nice to kids and perfect kid options for food.
A common stop for my children and so before school on the weekdays they have me. Always friendly, very consistent, never a problem and who doesn’t love donuts and coffee?

I usually don’t have an issue with this particular location with my order, but tonight was a different story. My refresher was messed up so I pulled back around to the window and was told by the girl at the window to next time go to the speaker. I’m absolutely NOT doing that, for next time. It was slow and you all were standing around. If my item is messed, then I’m going to the window. And I didn’t realize she hadn’t given me my receipt the first time.
