my friend and i went to this location on december 26th , around 10 pm & got harassed by the night shift workers. i dont know who the hell is running this place but they were so rude & disrespectful
i will never in my life be coming back due to the disgusting food i got & the harassment as an appetizer! it’s embarrassing & taco bell needs to re hire or get shut the hell down

I’m not a big Taco Bell fan, but sometimes you’re so busy, that it works to get fed. However, the past few times I’ve gotten take out at the Winfield resturant it has been horrible. Today I purchased 6 hardshell tacos, and all 6 shells were smashed (had to eat them with a spoon). I understand that most of the time it’s kids serving us, but every time it’s regretful going there.

This taco bell has the absolute best breakfast of a fast food franchise in a 20 mile radius. I knows it's because the morning crew really seems to care and put effort into every meal I've had here. A+.

Don't even bother with trying to dine-in. Stood at the counter for 8mins, had three different employees look at us and nobody said anything, much less tried to take our order. Long line at the drive-thru? Nope, not a single car. Short staffed? Nope, counted at least five different people working. Hope they don't sell out of the Baja Blast Pie before I can make it to a different location.

Placed a drive thru order and got home to the most disappointing fast food meal from this establishment. Everything was so cold! Fries were nearly frozen and there was barely any meat on any of the tacos like it was coming out of the workers paychecks. I know it’s not gourmet but this was ridiculous especially after spending close to $50.

Couldn’t hear the person on the mic. Someone else got on there with horrible attitude and was very hostile in his tone after what I though I heard was “do you want any sause packets” in which I replied with “no” and then proceeded to get horrible service afterwards because I misheard what was said. Got home, food was cold even though no one else was in line.

We ordered online picked up in drive thru, they got our order yet again wrong, the nachos bell grande barely any toppings, no double decker supreme, barely any chili in the burrito. The over all meal was nasty. Taco Bell, u need to do better

Fourth time we’ve went through the drive-through either by DoorDash or ourselves and every time the orders have been wrong. Tonight we were shorted tacos, the tacos that we were given with the wrong type and our order came to $37? Tried to call back and no answer on the phone There was what I am going to assume a manager overseeing where the food was being prepared and the individual running the cash register? We realize that you have to train people, but the magnitude of error is coming out of that window is overwhelming! What is the senior management team going to do about it?

Apparently if you ask for something not to be on your food, to them that means put extra of the ingredient you don't want. Waste of my money and very limited lunch time. Will not be returning
