I'm terribly sorry that I bothered you guys on a Monday night when there was nobody inside the establishment or in the drive thru. I should have asked if you minded that I order food. That's the way you made me feel. I also understand that fast food is what it is. Fast cheap crappy food, but then again I paid the equivalent of a half a tank of gass for your slop. And yes it was slop. This is hands down probably the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I can't even call it food. I had to eat my dinner with a spoon. Half my tacos didn't have meat. By the way, six tacos for $24? Really? For what your serving? I can go to any Mexican restaurant in Hammond and spend 20 bucks in feet of family of 4. Disgusting and a waste. I know you're about 10 years old and you don't understand the concept of money yet but Jesus.........try to care for like 30 seconds........ This will be my last time spending money at your place. Yeah yeah yeah call me an old man but wow do you guys suck on every level.

First order of hiring should be can you read English
Because we always seem to get the wrong order or wrong items
Order a chicken chalupa and get all beef
Even though the receipt says chicken
If your going to order from the drive through might as well take the time to hold up the line and open each and every item just to check it

GO THROUGH YOUR ENTIRE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Same thing as other reviews. Just did an online order and we are missing multiple items. They through everything in one bag. Didn't separate them into the boxes. We called to get our missing items. They told us to bring the entire bag back just to get our missing items. Now we have to drive back to winfield from route 30 to eat cold taco bell. They have done this before on our orders and we normally just said forget it. But this time they misplaced $20 worth of food.

The young man working working the window on July 24 at 9:45 pm was rude, dismissive, and would probably be happier working in a job where he doesn't need to interact with people, like ice trucking or deep sea fishing. Keep him in the kitchen or let him go, but serving the public isn't his bag.

The worst service ever, screwed up on our meals and threw everything in one bag instead of boxes they belonged to and had to open everybody's food to see what was what! Then we had missing food items and had to go back after we were told they would make our food fresh again and put them in the right boxes only to go there and being told they couldn't do that and having our food COLD to go home to. Why have 2 managers there if neither one of them have no idea what customer service is???

I’ve been to the Winfield Taco Bell before, and always have had great service. Today, I was pulling up to the window and the customer in the car ahead of me was being so nasty to the employee at the window that I could hear it through the closed window of my car. I rolled the window down to hear the woman yelling profanities at the young woman working. She asked for the manager, and instead of allowing them to remake the food (even though I’d bet money they didn’t mess it up in the first place - I’ve never gotten an order made wrong at this location), she took the bag and continued cussing out the employee and manager. The employees were doing the best they could to deal with this woman, who was being absolutely obscene. I’ll be honest, I honked to get her to stop yelling and out of the drive thru. Either she needed to go inside or call corporate if the issue was so serious.
When I got to the window, the employees were clearly shocked, but had handled the situation with grace. Not only was my food already ready and bagged even though this had been going on, they greeted me with warm smiles. For someone who worked in food service, I understand how they must have been feeling. But 10/10 ladies, I will always come back here after getting quality food, service, and seeing you handle the nasty people out there with such class!!

Wrong hours posted online, does not stay open till 2am
As we are here June 23rd, 2024, I can honestly say now I understand why this Taco Bell always has a empty drive thru line when I drive by. I decided to order a few things. First of all, they have higher prices on like things compared to other local Taco Bells. I work up North and have to drive thru several towns and cities everyday and stop at other one's so I know all prices. Second I can also understand why there is a class action lawsuit against the company for misrepresenting portion sizes. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme that was basically a small, flat six sided taco. Looked nothing like the thick one pictured in menu full of lettuce and tomatoes and meat. I also ordered a Cantina bowl. The picture shows a full bowl of food. What I got was barely half full black plastic bowl dish I could see mostly BOTTOM ON. On top of that they raised their prices beyond what little value you get for the portions. I will never, ever EVER go to Winfield Taco bell again for this ripoff. Also sending letter to corporate and every other source of social media I can find.

This is the worst taco bell location. Every single time we order, we are always missing part of our order. None of the instructions are listened to. No lettuce apparently means all lettuce to this establishment... And now they want to argue with customers over missing softshell tacos. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food's always hit or miss. Owner is insanely greedy and constantly raises prices. $16 for a quesadilla, cheesy gordita crunch, and a small drink? Spend the extra dollar or two and go to La Carreta or El Jimador if you want good food.
