We stumbled upon this place looking for some food off the highway a bit as we were driving through heading back home, and we couldn't find anyone open a little later and we found out quickly that this was one of the best kept secrets in this area as there food excelled past most food I've had, from the burgers being well seasoned and cooked properly, by my standards, aka not a soggy mess... and with there southern chicken sandwich that was probably better then what I would expect from poppies or even chick fil a, with everything homemade and using some ingredients you don't normally see, like fried green tomatoes it created a unique taste combination that was truly a taste experience that will leave you making that detour worth your time many times over, as I know I'll definitely be back for more in the future!!Parking: There is parking on the side of the building

So I'm in Wolcott and have a little time on my hands. It's a little after lunchtime so I look on Yelp for restaurants. This was the 1st one in town to pop up (the actual 1st few were in other towns, which I did not intent to go). It also just happens to be catty corner across a parking lot from where I'm waiting to go to. I go in & I think every lady in the town is there! The one other male was a toddler! I was tempted to get their special, any of a few different taco items, but go with the tenderloin sandwich, as I am a born & bread Hoosier (state, not university, but nothing against them). It was OUTSTANDING!! One of the best I've had & I've had a LOT of them. It comes w/ a side & was not expensive. The ambiace was nice, too. Several tables in bar area & another room with several tables, as well. The bartender & waitress were friendly, too. My water never got empty. I try to go to local places when I can, especially in smaller towns and I will definitely be back here!!

Went for the best steak on the menu, with baked and broccoli. They took their time to prepare, which is good. Everything, the slightly blackened grilling, cooked exactly medium as I asked, tender baked potato and high quality veggie. Attention to detail pays off. Eat here.

Had the special, diced chicken strips on mashed potatoes, corn, gravy and a little cheese. Lacked flavor, seasoning. KFC does it better.

Wonderful small-town establishment. Pub fare that was quite well done. Server was very attentive even though she had a large lunch crowd at the same time. Overall a very good deal. Will visit when I am back around. So should others!
