The past 2 times of coming here, food was luke warm at best. Not sure if it's a new safety concern and the temps have been turned down but the cheese on burgers isn't even melted anymore. Service at this location has always been super slow, but the employees have always been nice.

I placed an online order and arrived expecting it to be ready. While I understand that delays can happen, the food they served was bone cold and seemed stale or old, which was unacceptable.
I filed an official complaint with corporate, requested a refund, and thankfully received it. However, I want to caution others about this location.
If there’s going to be a wait, the least they can do is ensure the food is served warm and fresh. What made the situation even more puzzling was that they weren’t busy at all—we were likely their only customers at the time.

Cleanest burger king I have been too with the nicest staff Ive come across at a major chain in a while. Food tastes the same amongst big chains across the board but it was made correctly with no mistakes and was cooked freshly.

I’m not sure how anybody can give this restaurant any more than one star, but every single time I’ve been there since it opened has been awful. I just went there and sat in the drive-through for more than five minutes and got nowhere with anyone, so I had to leave. They never get my orders right and every time you either go in or you go through the drive-through, it takes a stupid amount of time to order and get your food.
I've read numerous reviews stating how slow this place is. I just stopped by and eas told "one moment" 5 minutes later I left without ordering and there wasn't a single car in the drive thru ahead of me. Watched 2 other cars drive off as well.
