Best location in Muncie Area for cold coffee drinks ! Worth lil extra drive !!! Actually get what you order here, unlike @ other locations when you order extra espresso, & taste like they brewed same coffee twice ! Still best location !

Placed a substantial sized order over the app to pick up. I went and picked up the order, got it home and we were missing my 2 year old son’s meal. Inspecting everything else we found a hair on my steak egg and cheese bagel.
I had to drive back and go inside; the restaurant was willing to grab my hair ridden bagel and ring us up for my son’s meal and my replacement. All fine and dandy, but, where’s the apology? Where’s the sorry for having to make me come back out for a mistake you guys made?
Sent me on my way with the replacements and nothing more. You aren’t typically like this so this wasn’t appreciated. I was even out of my way polite and quiet in calling attention to your kitchen staff’s hair being on my sandwich. You’re welcome.

Just went through the drive thru where the app changed my order from drive thru to in store counter however they refused to give me my food saying the order was cancelled. Clearly I paid, even receiving the confirmation email and I can confirm the money was taken from my checking account. They are ALWAYS slow and how they rip you off. Never going here again

I'm my opinion this is the best McDonald's around. I drive about 15 minutes further then I have to passing two other McDonald's locations to go to this one instead. The service is always professional and my order is always accurate. This is based on the drive-through only and also I usually go during breakfast.

My wife (car passenger) places an in app order for a sausage biscuit and mcgriddle at 10:12am, we pull in the spot and check in at 10:15. At 1035 my wife does in to check on the order (the drive thru continues to move the whole time). At 1040 she walks out and explains "well we only got half our food because it's after 1030, and that's all they would tell me, not offering any solution". She walked out after stating "my husband and baby are in the car and have been waiting 20mn."
Which is absolutely nicer than she deserved to be.
Because why wouldn't we wait nearly 30mn to get half our food when we use the app we get asked to use every time we come to this "fast food" establishment?

This particular McDonalds is always understaffed and busy. Even though I have had mostly pleasant experiences with the employees, I have on several occasions had some rude employees I have dealt with. When addressed with thier corporate office it seems to fall on deaf ears. The food is mediocre at best, as is with most McDonalds. In my opinion, McDonalds is only around because it's considered one of the most cheapest QSR to purchase from. I do try to avoid McDonalds at all costs, unless I'm so broke that even my money can't pay attention. McDoubles, here I come!!
