Little high schooler working the register Olivia was very rude, snooty and I won't be back... our pizza hit the floor and she got a attitude with us cause I wanted it re made.. hell what??? Excuse me.. very rude spent $55 for attitude i can get free at home... very un acceptable. Not to mention yall forgot to spread the cheese.. and do you not have pizza box's?? You give food in a bag! Really.. pizza was cold within a 5 min drive thabks for the "best".. it's only best cuz your the only pizza place in yorktown smh

Well after hunting down somebody to take a order to go on a week day after noon.The pizza was skimpy on the toppings and not cooked evenly on both sides.14 bucks for a small pizza!Don't waste your time or your money.

Had a large spaghetti today for lunch rather than pizza. They have changed the garlic bread from Texas toast to a sub bun cut in half. I don’t see this as a positive at all for the customer. Seems like an another change made to make things easier for the restaurant.

We sat down at 8pm and placed our order. At 8:30pm another family arrived and sat in the booth behind us. We each received our breadsticks at the same time. We should've walked out then. Around 9:15pm our food arrived and looked amazing as it went by. As the kids behind us started touching all of it and saying the pizza wasn't a plain cheese & they didn't order a sub, the dad started complaining and saying this place has went way down hill. My wife and I had enough and walked up to the register to pay for what we did receive. The young man asked what it was we had and charged us for the 2 drinks & sticks, he took the food we never received off the bill. Not once asking why he was taking items off our bill or saying sorry once we told him what was going on. Having worked in the fast food industry when I was that age, I would've probably at least said sorry.
