Bubs is still doing things right!!! We ordered Elk ugly burgers and they didnt disappoint!!! The burgers were seasoned well, fresh toppings and a great bun!!! No skimping on the waffle fries, seasoned and fried just right!!! If your hungry, try the Big Ugly!!! Oh, and a shake!!! Fast before you go!!!!

I’m writing this to say, a friend of mine with other people went here, and the food was bad. The burgers were undercooked. His grilled cheese sandwich was really soggy, and it tasted disgusting. Another friend of mine from New Castle IN, got food poisoning, and shouldn’t have to put up with that. This is unacceptable, and this should be addressed to the manager as soon as possible. Bub’s I hope you read this. Because this could cause some serious law suits in court.

We were stopping through to see family on a long road trip, and we all met here for dinner. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and very accommodating for our dogs as well in their outdoor seating area. We all really enjoyed our food and look forward to coming back next time we’re in the area!

Was sitting down for 15 minutes didn’t even get asked if I wanted anything to drink. The servers were standing around and chit chatting. I could understand if they were busy but they were far from it

Horrible service. We waited about 35-40 minutes for our food to come out. Forgot parts of our food we ordered. My dessert was completely melted and wasn’t even what I ordered. There were only a few people in the restaurant seated. One person came in and waited then left because no one went to serve them. The servers were mainly just talking and joking around with each other. Just a really strange place that wasn’t welcoming, really poor customer service and bad food.
