Worse Buffalo Wild Wings ever called in and the guy who answer which was Travis told me I need to stop drinking even though he admitted that they never toss the tenders in sauce and said I’ll get my money back from door dash but yet their store tossed my tenders in sauce clearly he isn’t the brightest and probably doesn’t need that job get some new management

Food took 45 minutes. Requested TV for a game 30 minutes prior to kickoffs, told they would change it for us then never did. Last 3 times slow kitchen service.

About every 6 months I'm drawn to this location so I can be reminded of why I don't come here. College football playoff quarter finals and you have no hostess, one server and a bartender? Stood in crowed lobby for 10 minutes while being ignored by every employee, people attempted to seat themselves because we were being so ignored. They were rudly removed from their booth and told to go back to hostess stand. Finally an interaction with an employee who yells from behind the bar. "Its at least 30 minutes to get a table and if you do wait theres only one server for everyone"

Hi, I'm at your takeout counter, 20 minutes after my food is supposed to be ready. More employees working than customers. This is getting a bit ridiculous. Edit, you guys forgot the dipping sauces and fries. Mildly important for a wing combo meal.

We stopped by this location before going to see the lights at the fairgrounds. We walked in, no one was at the booth to greet us. We stood there for so long.. everyone working saw us there, no one spoke a word to us. The bartender looked at us several times nothing while we just stood there. The waitress working the take out part looked at us many times, the girl with the mask looked at us as well. The 2 blondes same thing.. so we left.. they weren't busy.. weren't crowded.. a simple hello we will be right with you would have been better then everyone looking at us and not saying a single word. We took our business to the Mexican restaurant just a few doors down and had a great meal with perfect customer service!
A great experience all around! Sometimes me and my Dad will come here between the hours of 2 and 4PM, and we always get great service and food! Brandey always takes great care of us, and goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable, efficient, and pleasant experience to us. I highly recommend her service! My ONLY gripe about this location, if any at all, is that it can get the slightest bit chilly inside. All the more motivation to wear a cool sweater though!
Hadn't been to this location for a couple of years and I can honestly say that we will never go back. Got there and no one was there to greet us so we sat at a table in the bar. Waited several minutes before we even saw a bartender to serve us. Once we were taken care of the bartender along with a couple of coworkers made numerous trips outside so for the most part there was no one attending the bar. Horrible place and we will never be back. Should've went with my gut and gone to the Brownsburg location, ten times better service at that location.

We waited an hour and a half to get our food for a family of 4. We were told “your food will be right out” for half that time. Our kids were in tears with frustration. Food came out wrong and cold. Very disappointing. Manager offered us a 25% discount which felt very insufficient.
