As far as BWWs go, it wasn't too bad. I'm a vegetarian so take my opinion with a huge grain of salt. I will say their cauliflower wings are really good!! I was actually pretty shocked. The fries were a good combination with the wings too.I will say the guacamole had a lot to be desired. Way too much lemon folks! Not enough salt and pepper. The chips that came with it were good though. I'd take another look at your guac recipe or make sure it's being followed.The server was nice, but took a REALLY long time to get our check. I'm talking in the ball park of 20 minutes. But the service is always nice, I will say that. Like I said, for a BWW, not bad at all.

Edit:Owner called me and made things right and apologized for the poor service I received. I definitely appreciate the return call and the pride he took in providing the proper customer service to me. For that I will definitely raise it from a one star.Worst experience I have ever had BW3. This was my first and last time ordering from this location this Monday. I ordered my usual ( large honey bbq cauliflower wings) but what I got was not that. I got some wings with peppers, jalapenos, sesame seeds, and some Asian like dry sauce and chives. I call the location to let them know that my order was not correct the male that answers the phone tells me that is what the honey bbq looks like. I explained "I've order this many of time from the location by my home in Noblesville and one location in Indy I have never got it prepared like this before". He say well I'll get you my sup, she (Mya) gets on the line and tells me that not only is she the sup she is the cook since they're short staffed and she made it how their instructions told her to. I said "So you're telling me your store has a different way to prepare them then every other store and how it is described online?".. She was very rude but offered me store credit for her location only. I let her know I live in a different city so that wouldn't work I would like a refund. She tells me they aren't able to refund online orders. I ask was she serious she say "well I can but you'll have to wait till I get done cooking these backed up orders so I will put you on hold for a long time if you still want a credit".I asked for the corporate number she says it really fast with an attitude then hangs up. I call cooperate the rep said someone would call me back about the matter, well it's been almost 4 days and no one has called and I never received a refund for food I couldn't even eat smh.

I had traditional wings. Good service and nice atmosphere but the wings though slathered with plenty of sauce but aren't very meaty or tasty themselves. Pretty much the same as all the Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. Maybe I should try the other types of wings.

I ordered cauliflower wings and fries. I took a few bites but couldn't finish because my food tasted like it was cooked in chicken grease. I wish the restaurants would have different fryers for fries and cauliflower to prevent cross-contamination for people like me who don't eat meat.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings and fries

My food was hot and fresh. It seemed clean walking in. I had a to go order. I walked in and was greeted within a few seconds. I ordered cauliflower wings and fries. After a few bites, I couldn't eat it anymore. It tasted like chicken grease. I'm assuming they cook everything in the same grease. Being that I don't eat meat, the cross-contamination isn't good for me. I wish more restaurants would have two separate fryers.

The food was great. It was made warm and fast. The waitress was amazing. Extremely nice. I met the manager Maya. She was extremely nice and very respectful. Overall I was very satisfied.

On 1/2/24 me and my 3 children wanted to go out for dinner. The kids decided they wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings since we haven’t been there in a few months they love the boneless wings. My waitress was great. Until my food was put in incorrectly. I’m allergic to tomatoes and I ordered a mild ranch buffalo chicken wrap without tomatoes. Our food came to the table and I had tomatoes in my wrap I told the waitress she apologized and took the food back to have it remade. Second wrap comes out I bit into my wrap and it’s so hard and dry because of the chicken I ate half of my wrap because at this point hungry. When the waitress bought me the bill I told her how I didn’t enjoy my dinner at all. She then again apologized after I told how how hard and dry the wrap was she said she will ask the manger to put a discount on the bill because she can’t take the entire meal off because I ate half of it which I understood. A lady name Jennifer who was the team lead working that night come to the table because the manager sent her over to tell me she can’t offer me a discount or anything on the food because they already had to make my wrap twice and the cost of food is high. I immediately became upset because I couldn’t believe that’s what she just said to me I’m the customer the wrap was horrible the wrap having to be remade had nothing to do with me the waitress admitted she keyed in my order incorrectly. I have never been to a restaurant that treated customers like that I had to buy for food and horrible service with my hard earn money the unprofessional manger on duty name Maya never came to the table and did nothing. I believe maybe she was the cook that night which is why she did nothing about the situation. I’m so disappointed with the location me and my children will never be back and o will be filing a complaint also because this is so unfair and the excuse to why my bill couldn’t have Ben been discounted is what really took me over the top with the service. They ruined my night for me and my children’s dinner. The management at this location is terrible and need to be replaced or train on handling customer situation like that the entire night could have went totally different if it was handled properly.
