Ordered a cheeseburger, checked my order before leaving parking lot and found 2 pieces of cheese thrown on a bun with massive amounts of mustard and ketchup- no meat! When I went inside to speak with someone, the guy (said he was in charge and also made the sandwich) said he “just spaced it”. How do you “space” not putting a meat patty on a cheeseburger sandwich? I demanded my money back and left. Check your drive- through order before leaving the premises.

We stopped in for some sundae’s. It was busy on a Saturday afternoon, but the staff did a great job of getting the orders out quickly. My hot fudge was applied a bit asymmetrically, but it was still fantastic. We will definitely stop in again when we are driving through Zionsville.

There were no signs indicating where the drive-through started. Most of the employees were outside smoking, giving the impression that no one really wanted to work. On top of that, the girl at the drive-through said that the limited time OREO dirt pie flavor was for online orders only. I had the website open on my phone while ordering. There was nothing indicating that this flavor was for online orders only. However, the app did say that it was a digital exclusive. She confirmed my thinking that no one wanted to work that day as she had an attitude and seemed to be annoyed by my existence. By this point I canceled my order out of fear they might spit in my food and just drove off.

Ordered toss bbq chicken strips, received a lightly drizzled chicken strips, tried to order ranch, they were out, so ordered gravy and it was no where to be found. Don’t recommend.

Went inside placed an order for a chocolate malt. The Girl working made a strawberry malt. I told her that’s not what I ordered and she said too bad. I asked for my receipt and she crumpled it up and threw it away and said get out of here. This is pathetic Service.

AVOID THE ZIONSVILLE DQ!!!! Run as far away as possible as quick as possible! When you order a simple Original Cheeseburger Meal Deal and you get your sundae first, then your drink cup, then you wait and wait. The manager asks what you are waiting for and you wait some more. Then they try to give you a wrong order, meant for the drive-thru. You wait some more. Finally they give you a COLD cheeseburger instead of the double and no fries. This was easily the worst fast food experience I've had in 20 years.
