The dunkin that I usually go to put a ton of ice and if you ask for light ice they mess up the ratio and make the drink taste all funny. This dunking but the perfect amount of ice and my drink was delicious. I am one satisfied costumer.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve tried going to Dunkin and the last 2-3 times it’s been the same. The donuts are cold even though I arrive less than 10 minutes after I order and they look old/stale.

Came to drive thru this morning and asked for hot chocolate and by mistake they added hot coffee original and i corrected them over there only but still when went to window they made the same hot coffee instead of hot chocolate and you can see its written void on the slip.

Customer service is terrible .the short lady have pircing on her lips was have bad attitude! Everytimes i give the chance order Donut at this location but never have good experience with the same lady! I will Never come back 👎👎👎

Really really bad service. Ordered two donuts in store, no one else there, staff went to the bathroom and walked past my order before coming back and filling it. Just really bad service. No smiles, no hellos just sad grumpy staff

I cane in when it was busy and I completely understand that when its busy you should be patient. I told the cashier I was waiting and trust me she was the nicest person I could ever talk to. I dont know her name. She helped me right away and she had a smile on her face. She gave me 2 french crullers when they forgot to give 1. Ty so much 💙

I arrived at this location at about 4-5 mins before closing, and was told by the staff there that they were closed. It's unfortunate that the stores advertised hours are not honored.

Every single thing I ordered from Dunkin on Whitestown Pkwy was inedible. Seriously should be shut down by health department. Everything was old/stale and gross. I feel sick. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE EVER
