I cane in when it was busy and I completely understand that when its busy you should be patient. I told the cashier I was waiting and trust me she was the nicest person I could ever talk to. I dont know her name. She helped me right away and she had a smile on her face. She gave me 2 french crullers when they forgot to give 1. Ty so much 💙

Food was disgusting. So salty and seemed like old oil used on the food. The coffee was soo sweet for no reason. Threw away the food because it was so bad
I arrived at this location at about 4-5 mins before closing, and was told by the staff there that they were closed. It's unfortunate that the stores advertised hours are not honored.

I got one of the new Refresher flavors (guava) and it was excellent!!
Every single thing I ordered from Dunkin on Whitestown Pkwy was inedible. Seriously should be shut down by health department. Everything was old/stale and gross. I feel sick. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE EVER
Iced coffee had only milk in it. Very unprofessional and were laughing when I asked to remake it. It was again only milk. Getting a refund
There is no sense or urgency or care at this location, they don’t have anything in stock, and my drink was filled to the top with ice. Not even being dramatic. To the top.

Place is gross. The bag my food came in was covered in food. I waited 30 minutes for my drink, which wasn’t correct. The only good part of my experience was they corrected their mistake and got me the right drink. I’ll give it to them. They were busy, but every other customer that was in the store with me had nearly the same experience. Nobody was getting what they ordered in a timely manner or parts of the order were missing. People were having to check on their orders constantly. Very poor management, the employees seemed to have no direction. Felt like tasks had nobody responsible for them so things continued to fall through the cracks. This left the manager running around to put out fires. This is never good for the employees or the customers. The energy in the story was very negative. I’ve come to this location several dozens of times. It’s always been slow but today was a mess. Left a bad taste in my mouth for Dunkin’.

Stopped in mid afternoon, and their donut inventory was dismal. I ordered the one coffee roll they had on the shelf, but as my cashier was getting my drinkborder, another worker came and took it because she had someone in the drove threshold wanted it. She took it before my person bagged it for me.. So I got one mediocre punkin muffin.
The guy who waited on me was quite polite and apologized, but it was a lousy situation. Maybe they should close earlier?
