I used to order from here weekly for family pizza night and it was always amazing. Super fast delivery and order was always perfect. Over the last several months the weekly ordering has stopped and I’ve only ordered 3 times. Each time something has been forgotten. First time it was the 2 drinks, the delivery girl offered to go back for them I told her not to worry about it and she said she would have them put a credit on my account. No credit was applied. The next time all of my dipping sauces were missing, 5 sauces. I called and they sent them out. Tonight again a dipping sauce was missing, this time just 1 and I’m not making them come back for 1 sauce. The pizza crust tonight is also very different than normal. It’s almost a thin crispy crust not the typical thickness. Sad to see things slipping as I love the pizza and breadsticks here.

The pizza must have changed because that was the worst pizza I have ever experienced at hot box in years. I normally get pizza at hotbox every now and then and it usually tastes really good, but the cheese and pepperoni tasted so off today. The pepperoni tasted more like bacon and the cheese had the linger of a bacon taste too in a way.

Hotbox delivered on a Tuesday evening in under 30 minutes. It was faster than expected and very tasty! They were careful to include all of the sauces we ordered. We really enjoyed the XL thin crust pizza and breadsticks

I stopped by HotBox on my way back into town one evening a few weeks back. It had been years since I had been to one, and I forgot there was one so near home.
I ordered to go, but I was impressed by the inside. It's a quaint place with a good environment, however, I had my pup with me. Therefore, we were taking it home.
Caleb rang up my order, and he was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for the great customer service. I ran a few errands close by while the pizza was in the oven, and when I went back, the gentleman who assisted was just as friendly. Very impressed, as I had received less than stellar customer service at a place close by just a few weeks before.
I had the Party Fowl pizza, which was outstanding! I also ordered some Stix, which are always good with a healthy does of dipping sauce. What most impressed me (besides the service), was how NOT greasy the pizza was! I've included a pic of the box, post-pizza. Again, the last time I ordered from a neighboring place, the grease was dripping from the box and actually went through and soaked my car seat a bit. So, whatever, y'all are doing, keep doing it!

The people working there are very nice. The problem is the pizza is terrible. Had better pizza from a gas station. Tease, texture, everything about it was bad. Also about a tablespoon of sauce on the entire pizza.

I know it's Halloween and you were busy but we checked in a 5:00. The kid said it would be out in a little bit. We watched 6 other people walk in and get their pizza within a couple minutes. I finally went up to ask where it was and told the kid we checked in 30 minutes ago. He went back and came with our pizza. I had been watching the entire time and our pizza was sitting there ready. I asked him if it was just sitting there and he just said we're busy. I should have gone up sooner but the service has been like that other times we have gone.
I will add that they did call and apologize soon after this review was made.

I have been ordering from here for awhile but Austin has made this place even better. He is a really nice guy on the phone and provides excellent customer service. Would recommend this place next time you want a pizza!

Pizza was pretty good, the salad could have been better as it was about 50% cheese and didn’t have much in the way of greens and other veggies. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was pretty clean.

I was on a walk in my neighborhood when I saw the Hot Box delivery driver (Michael) driving through. I thought, Yes! Someone in my family ordered pizza! Michael did not pull into my driveway- I was not the winner of the pizza lottery tonight. As Michael delivered the pizza to my neighbor it smelled SO good…and I promptly ordered pizza for dinner tonight. They have great food!
My mom placed an order for delivery last night, she called to place her order and the girl on the phone asked her for her phone number to start the order my mom let her know she had a $100 credit from the last time they ordered because the food was not what they wanted and wasn’t right, the girl on the phone said that she didn’t see the credit there and that my moon would have to come in to show her the credit which kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. My mom had to give this girl her phone number 5 times!!! That is ridiculous and she also had to give the order 3 separate times during the phone call, when the food came it was two small popeye pizzas my mom ordered one large sausage and pepperoni and one popeye pizza & they had to pay for it since this girl couldn’t find the credit.
