The service here is horrible. High schoolers and young college students with zero social skills. No one was in line to order and three employees ignored me while they watched a fourth employee take a drive up order. They made my drink wrong even though it is a standard menu item. I asked them to fix it and they didn’t say a word they just dumped the first one and started over. I went to get a straw and waited and waited and waited. Finally, noting a drink on the counter I asked if it was mine and she shook her head yes. It was still wrong but I was so irritated I couldn’t speak so I just took it and left. I will never go back to this location. I go to the downtown location every work day and it is fantastic. The Zionsville store is tragic.

I've been going to this location for a while, and I've never had issues ordering through the drive through. The one time I go on a Monday morning however, I was immediately met with attitude.
As I was ordering, the guy not only cut me off from talking, he also proceeded to let me go through my entire order only for me to get to the window and had me repeat the entire thing again while i was expecting to only having to pay. As soon as i got to the window, i saw the drive through worker laughing and joking amongst his coworkers, so i dont know if he was already distracted but whenever i would say something, he would stand there just staring at me without even saying anything. Not only that, he got my order almost entirely wrong. Of the 3 drinks I ordered, only one of them was correct. If you cant hear through the headset that well and have no idea what im saying, then say something? Ask me to repeat myself instead of just staring and staying silent? It's that simple.
This worker's attitude has really put me off, now I will simply stop going on weekday mornings. I know his story might be different, but i dont really care. I just hope management puts a stop to this type of attitude before they test the wrong type of person.
The drinks were still good, however, I have no idea what they are.

Wanted to love this place. For the price and after a request to tip, order was wrong and it seemed to be for the two other parties the ordered before and after me (ordered hot was made a cold drink, person next to me had wrong size made, and they seemed to have forgotten about the order for the person ahead of me), when my coffee was remade it over poured over the whole cup; staff seemed uninterested and lacked attention to detail.

disappointed. finally got to stop here..was in a hurry to an appointment so I had no time to correct their errors. I paid $16 for 2 drinks and one was supposed to be hot and they made it iced. gave us no straws. We wont be back. 😔

Love this fun, stylish coffee shop - but goodness, today was an off day. Early in pumpkin spice season, they were out of pumpkin foam. The next 2 drinks we tried to order also couldn't be served because of missing ingredients. The drink I settled on was awful - the replacement was not any better. My friend and I both ended up pitching our drinks. :(

My wife and I went to the Java House booth at the Snap On 250 Milwaukee Mile. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had a decaf cold brew that was very good! I would have it again. My wife had a hydration drink that was good also.

RUN .. YES RUN FAR AWAY FROM Java House! I placed an order 10 days ago and have yet to receive my order or any shipping/tracking information! THIS IS A HUGE INTERNET SCAM!!

Had a great time finally getting to Java House. It’s been on our list of coffee houses to try for a while now.

I don’t drink coffee so while my husband knew exactly what he wanted I got some great non-coffee recommendations from Alex. The blackberry lemonade was just as delightful as he described.

Also big shout out to Alex for answering all my questions about the coffee tap set up and even giving my husband a small sample of the plain black coffee when I asked about how the taste differs with their coffee keg set up.

Truly enjoyable stop and we will definitely be back. Great staff, lovely atmosphere and great drinks. Grabbed some merch for home too. 😀

FYI They make their coffee with cold brew not espresso shots. That may not have been the reason that my cappuccino was way too weak and hardly tasted like coffee, but then maybe it was. I don't know. It was disappointing. In retrospect, I should have accepted their offer to remake the drink.

This is one of the best coffee shops I've ever had and we came back again!
I had the nitro cold brew and that was the smoothest one I've ever had.
Today I tried the regular cold brew and same thing...very smooth!
