Java House (Zionsville)

RUN .. YES RUN FAR AWAY FROM Java House! I placed an order 10 days ago and have yet to receive my order or any shipping/tracking information! THIS IS A HUGE INTERNET SCAM!!

I am having problems with customer service I purchased product on Monday have left two emails with no response I still have not FedEx tracking number yet they took the money out of my account

Enjoyed girl time with my daughters. Server forgot to cook my order and I needed it (as a Type 1 diabetic). Enjoyed the visit.

good product. however, it seems you have about a 2 in 5 chance of your order being right.

Great for a drink and a bite to eat. Very good to get work done.

Very disappointed. The cappuccino was diluted with water, no flavor. The food was random. Ice cubes in the smoothie. For the price you can find better.

Coffee is really good and Jessamine was very nice and got it done in no time.

Good atmosphere, great drinks, Jessamine the barista was friendly. All around a good experience.

The ladies were nice and made my coffee quickly and it was phenomenal!

Went to 2 locations; Washington St yesterday and New York St. today. Hands down the best Americano I’ve had from a coffee shop. I get it hot and plain, and the flavor is smooth and amazing. Purchased their boxed concentrate today. Both locations had 3 staff member, all of whom were friendly and conversational. And if you like baked goods, the cappuccino muffin was the best muffin ever, I wish I could replicate the taste and texture at home!!

Made my usual weekend trip to Java House and discovered a new menu. Tried the bacob,egg and gouda breakfast sandwich...horrible! The bun was so hard/stale I could hardly bite thru it! Coffee was good as usual.

Usually I love this place, but today was so inconsistent. My coffee tasted really watered down, and my wrap was cooked really weirdly. I was craving Java all morning and was so disappointed ?

I kept trying to figure out how to upload an image because I am appalled at the photo I got of my drink that was about 2 sips and 99% ice. I go here a lot because I prefer the coffee and the treatment better than Starbucks. But today I learned if I go back that I now need to learn to ask for light ice which is something I have never had to do before. I never leave reviews but this made me really upset as I have a long day and needed my coffee. SUPER disappointed in the fact that my drink was entirely ice. I’m not joking. Full to the lid of just ice
