Our party was seated along the exterior wall and it was extremely cold due to the weather and large uninsulated windows. Food was slow and mediocre. We were there over an hour and a single refill on coffee was the most anyone received despite very empty cups. The place was not very busy so the lack of basic attention was just that much more frustrating.

Visited the restaurant with my wife today at noon, it was a little crowded, imagine for the veterans' day. There were two waitresses who did the best they could and although it was crowded they managed to give the best service to their customers. The food was just in time. It was an excellent service. My wife loved the Mediterranean salad.

We have been coming to this location since we moved to the area last year. The one issue I have noticed with this location is that they tend to be short staffed. The last 2 times before today I had an awesome waiter, Hispanic Venezuelan guy that is quick and extremely calming. Today, it looked like there was only 1 waitress. We were waiting to be seated and another group came behind us to be seated as well. 10 minutes and the waitress came by to tell us she needed 5 minutes… 10 minutes later and we were still waiting to be seated. She went from table to table and trying to catch up with other things, however, it would have taken less than a minute for her to seat us and say, “hey, I will be with you in a few minutes. Please feel free to enjoy the coffee bar.” Within the time we were waiting (20 minutes) 2 different groups came and left. We ended up leaving completely disappointed. They literally lost between $200-300 in a matter of 20 minutes. All of this because none of us were seated. And we really would have waited longer if she had only offered us to sit or even offered us to grab some coffee on our own. I understand being alone as a waitress is difficult but it was not a packed room for her to not be able to seat us quickly. It ended up working out as we drove down to Cracker Barrel and were seated super fast, food came out super quick, and the service was excellent with the waitress we had. Hopefully next time we try to come to le Peep, it won’t be as bad as this time

Went today for my first and last time. Came with a large group of 12. We had to wait a little bit for a table which was expected. Once we were sat it was at least 10 minutes before the server arrived with water. She never introduced herself and just started taking our orders. It took at least 30 minutes to get our food. When it came out no one at the table had silverware. We asked the server for it. We then had to wait another 10 minutes for the server to roll the silverware. 2 more people in our group asked for the silverware in this time. The server was slow, never checked on us, got orders wrong, and food did not come out together. One person waited close to an hour for their whole meal of biscuits and gravy. By the time we all had our silverware the food was cold and hard and almost not edible. No one finished their food, and what we ate was solely because we were all hungry and had been waiting so it was just out of necessity. The server majorly dropped the ball, and the kitchen also dropped the ball with their food timing. A simple apology for the delay or asking a manager to stop by the table would have gone a long way but nothing was done.

I had the Lox & Bagel which was excellent and with an aesthetically pleasing presentation-compliments to the Chef. Barbara was my server and was attentive and cheerful.

Always a problem with this one. Third time here and third time with messed up food. No more… I’ll head out of the way to Carmel from now on.

Overall, it was a very nice breakfast spot. The food was good. The service was friendly, and it is in an easy to access location.

Took an hour to get our food (which was literally just 2 sandwiches and fruit as the side) despite the place being completely empty. The server was sweet but didn’t check up on us like I expected, especially after waiting so long for our food. Prices were absolutely outrageous for the serving size. Spent almost 50 dollars on two sandwiches, one iced coffee, and an orange juice. Fruit was old and the cantaloupe was harder than a rock. Will absolutely never waste my money here again.
