We have been ordering from this Marco's location for years! We love the pizza and they have traditionally been reliable. But the last 4 times we have ordered delivery there has been issue after issue.
The order comes an average of 30 minutes later than it says it will. The most recent took over 90 minutes when it estimated 25 minutes when I went to check out. The order before that was missing a pizza and when the driver went back to get it it took another 45 minutes which wasn't helpful since dinner was over.
The online tracking system is unreliable. It says delivered when they are just leaving the store. I just don't think we can continue to be a customer when the delivery experience is so poor which is a bummer when we like the food!

I walked in to pick up an order and stood at the counter while FIVE employees buzzed around me for an uncomfortably long time. There were no other customers inside, just one at the drive-thru window, yet I was completely ignored. One employee in particular, a ‘woman’ with short black hair, walked past me several times, choosing instead to answer the phone and take another order. I promise you, I am not invisible, but I was made to feel that way. Then a man walked in, and within seconds he was greeted with, “Have you been helped?” Only after I cut in saying “I haven’t been helped” did someone finally acknowledge me and hand me my order, which had clearly been ready. The whole experience was confusing, disappointing, and frankly telling. I usually go to a different Marco’s and I have never experienced this, is this what Whitestown is like?

It was my first time trying Marcos pizza, crust is nice and airy also crisp. Chicken club sandwich was pretty decent. I wanted to try their pizzoli, chicken bacon ranch pizzoli was disappointing.

Had a largish order so I ordered 2 days early and went to pick up the pizza at the designated time and they hadn’t even started it. The pizza was for school children that only have a certain time for lunch! Very disappointed with their service.
