Had a largish order so I ordered 2 days early and went to pick up the pizza at the designated time and they hadn’t even started it. The pizza was for school children that only have a certain time for lunch! Very disappointed with their service.

real good spot for some good cheap food! i quickly became a regular cuz of the coupons. always clean on the inside (i do prefer the pickup window, SO easy & convenient ?) and the employees are super friendly & welcoming. im mad i didnt give it a try sooner!

Will be following up tomorrow morning with my experience tonight. We have little means to eat out however had to eat late this evening and placed an order for our family only to end up with it late and refrigerator cold. When our order was late and our tracker on delivery stated we would have to wait until tomorrow to get an update, I phoned to store to find out if our order was lost. The gentleman that answered stated they had a delivery driver pick it up 5 mins ago yet I had received an update on status with the order being completed 25-30 mins prior to that which explains the ice cold temps of the hot food ordered. Completely dissatisfied with this experience tonight. As an individual who has worked several years in the food industry, this is 100% unacceptable. Food should be made fresh to order if your delivery driver called off and DoorDash had to pick up the slack.

Shift manager, Skyler, is true to his word, helpful and patient…even at the end of a long shift. He promised a credit due to an error on a previous order and followed through. Was extremely polite and patient with my requests and my stubbornness about using the app, despite being minutes from closing time. I’d hire this kid in a heartbeat.

I have ordered pizza and it's half cooked..and I ordered side of blue cheese and garlic crust it's not there..looks like management changed and it's not the same anymore..
Ordered 2 pizzas they were terrible the BBQ grilled chicken had 2 inches of BBQ sauce poured on top soaking the pizza we couldn't eat it the the pepperoni was soaked in grease waist of time& money & when I called to tell them about it he knew exactly what I was talking about that I didn't need to take a picture so he knew how bad the girl did on the pizza & he still sold it to us like that unbelievable he even laughed about it..they should be ashamed Iam discussed in the pizza & there behavior don't waist ur time or money here...
