Avoid this location at all costs. Go to the one on Whitestown Parkway instead. Wish we could give zero stars.
Extremely slow service. Manager and workers can barely speak English when we tried telling them our order was wrong and missing items. Employees were on their phones. Dining area and condiments area were filthy. I’m surprised they pass Board of Health inspections.
This location must still be existing only because they are being supported by kids and high schoolers in the area.

Worst McDonald’s in Indiana . The one off 38th street kills this one and that’s a shame . Asked for a meal got to the window to get my food to find out they rang everything up seperately with no drink and then refused to give me a drink. Fries are barely warm. Save yourself time and money. Go elsewhere

30 minute wait in drive thru for a sandwich at 6pm. Three cars ahead of me in drive thru when I arrived, they all waited as well.
Why
Very slow drive thru, 10+ minute wait, food was sub par but not awful. The person taking the orders was not going back and forth, let 3 extra cars in front of ours I would understand 1 or 2 just by accident but 3 is just plain idiotic. The order was correct but that’s a first for me. At this location previously they had been wrong. As they handed out the two items, that took over 10 minutes, they only handed out the food and we had to ask to be given the drink. This whole experience was quite sub par and speaks to the mismanagement or terrible owner this place currently has and the poor quality or/and quantity of staff.
I'm a former loyal Zionsville McDs patron, but seriously, what has happened to this location? My order is NEVER correct, always missing something, and the buns for all the sandwiches have been stale EVERY time I have gone for the last year... yuck! I love McDs fries, but NOT HERE! WHY?! Do they just not give a hoot and are not following cooking instructions? So confused. Will no longer go here, the McDs elsewhere always tastes so much better which is a shame that i have to leave my hometown. When I tried to call the location directly to give this feedback to an actual person, after asking for a manager, they hung up on me and then did not answer when I called back. Ok, here's the feedback... do you even care about our hometown restaurant or not? I really hope you try to fix the issues!

I have never been so blessed by a singular M&M McFlurry in my whole entire existence on this Earth. I came through the drive to order one McFlurry (like normal) and my life will never again be the same. If I was told I have 30 minutes left to live, I undoubtedly would go back here and get the same thing again. To whichever employee put all of the M&Ms in my ice cream, thank you; for I am forever changed.
