This is the worst Panda Express. I go through the drive thru and you make me pull around to the front of the restaurant to wait for my food. And the. You give me disgusting, undercooked food. And when I came in to get a refund, your cashier starts getting short with me. Absolute 0/10 restaurant. Don’t go here.

What is the purpose of preordering your food with a specific time when you have to wait when you arrive? I made my order at 2pm for a 530pm pick up. Showed up on time and was told that they have to cook one of my entrees. So again I ask why make a pick order ahead of time when you still have to wait 15-20 minutes once you arrive? Ridiculous, especially when you arrive and there is only 2 people eating inside and 1 car in the drive thru.

The reason for low stars is the fact that they don’t have enough workers in there. Just 3 workers is not enough had to wait over 30mins for a mobile order is insane. Not the workers fault cause they working as quick as possible but just not enough worked
That plate with super greens and double teriyaki chicken hit the spot every time.

Did something to the kung pao chicken I’ve had it many times and this time it was so hot and nasty I couldn’t even at more than 2-3 bites. Tasted like pure pepper extract. I’m pissed, won’t be back again. If I could do something ab it I would smh
Today, Sunday, June 8 at 12:40 pm I was there to pick up my food. The lady at the window was very rude not nice at all complaining because I didn’t stop at the speaker to say my name when I got the window. She was more concerned about telling me. I didn’t stop to make sure that I did it next time that she was to listen to what I was saying and then when I ask for something, she was more worried again about telling me that everything wasn’t there than to listen to what I was saying, not a good experience today

This is only my second time eating at a Panda Express, first time at this location. I stopped in at 4pm. I was greeted when I walked in, but as soon as I inquired about a lot of the food being old and almost emptied one worked just said “oh yea its that time of the day you know”..so I got the few items that looked decent and one was the honey walnut shrimp which was the only item that was actually hot and fresh. I had two rice balls I couldn’t even break apart with my fork because of how long it had sat out. The real issue is the fact that I was the only colored person in there besides my accompanying friend, they immediately got fresh rice as soon as my plate was done as well as one of the other two items in inquired about in the beginning. I felt personally offended because when the next few customers who were Caucasian received nice hot and fresh food. While I sat and ate old rice, beef and chicken. I will not come to this location again.
