Just went and picked up our pizzas. Never seen our family so happy! Delicious! I recommend stuff crust and the works.

Ordered delivery for some jalapeño bread n chicken. I didn't get my sauces I ordered and had to eat the charges for 3 sauces that I didn't want BBQ. Asked for Buffalo, ranch and garlic. The bread was awful but the chicken was doused in garlic parm. Reminds me to never order from restaurants. Better to cook at home and not to forget lunch from home to work. Will not order here again after 30 bucks of a suck ass food.

Ordered, waited 30 minutes after arrival time to call. Told it was never picked up. Had to to re-submit order. After two hours finally got my 1 pizza and breadsticks. Called back to let manager know they still forgot sauces, and the breadsticks were way too overdone. He blamed it on door dash although door dash doesn’t cook the breadsticks or adds in the sauces? Picture attached. Probably won’t order again smh. For Zionsville this is a disgrace.

You changed your breadsticks to be generic and cheap. You have one chance to fix that garbage or else I’m done with defending and supporting Papa Johns, forever.

We ordered here today at 11am. For pick up at 5:45. We get there and there is a line out the door. When we finally got up to the counter at 6:15 (30minutes after the order was supposed to be done) and the lady asked for name, we gave it to her and she said “it’s not ready yet” and motioned us to move out of the way for the next person. So we moved over and immediately called customer service for the store, the lady on the phone was super rude as well and took awhile to pull up our order and then said it would be at least another 30 minutes until it was ready. We asked them to just cancel the order and give us a refund. She put us on hold and took awhile doing that, then came back and said “ok that’s done” so we asked when we would receive the refund and she said “immediately.” So we said “okay thank you” and she just hung up. Terrible customer service and don’t honor promised order times.
My sister also had another incident a couple of weeks ago where she doordashed from there and the order was completely wrong and when she called the store the only response she got was “well you’ll need to call customer service.” Super rude staff at this location. Wish I could say something about the food, but still had yet to be able to try any of it.

ordered on my computer and somehow ended up ordering for tomorrow, yet when i got there the employees found the issue for me and IMMEDIATELY offered to simply make the order for tonight!!! went above and beyond to make sure i got a meal. cannot thank them enough!!! ?????

I’m giving the store a one star because I was in there picking up food and the driver skinny girl with blue and blonde hair said something there’s about eight or nine employees in there they didn’t hear her so she screamed it at the top of her lungs like she was throwing a tantrum Knowing their are customers in there, the lady that responded to her handled it very well. She told her that was not necessary, just very unprofessional of her to scream like that.
