I’m giving the store a one star because I was in there picking up food and the driver skinny girl with blue and blonde hair said something there’s about eight or nine employees in there they didn’t hear her so she screamed it at the top of her lungs like she was throwing a tantrum Knowing their are customers in there, the lady that responded to her handled it very well. She told her that was not necessary, just very unprofessional of her to scream like that.

Ordered pizza last night for a delivery time 2 hrs in advance. 45 mins after the expected delivery time, no pizza and no tracker update. Msg from door dash with order update said order hadn't even been started yet. Tried to call to cancel order, and kept getting sent to hold. Pizza finally arrived more than an hour late, cold, and order was only partially fulfilled. Good luck getting management to respond as they're still sending callers straight to hold over and over again.

ordered online and our delivery had been delegated through DoorDash (NOT A FAN) and upon arrival, we were missing several items. I called the store and Kevin (mgmt?) handled the situation very delicately. Excellent recovery. Papa johns on oak st never fails to impress, even after a slight fumble out of their control.

Papa John’s can be awesome. This one is not. Been a customer for 10+ years at this location and it’s getting worse every visit. The last few were bad, but this was the last one. Ordered a couple pizzas. This is one of their “specialties”. My kindergarten math would say if 2/3 of the pizza is crust and 1/3 is toppings, then 2/3 + 1/3 = never coming back to this one. Not a surprise the recent reviews state the same. Glad I checked out the pizza quality before I headed home. Picture below.

Ordered 110 worth of pizza and wings to be delivered. Upon arrival pizzas were all completely incorrect, no wings or cheese bread. Only correct thing was a 2 liter... so I called the store waited 35 minutes and no one answered. So I drove to the store and it was flooded with people, the employees told me sorry they could remake it but would take over an hour to do so. No one there was able to give a refund because they didn't know how. The application won't let me file a complaint because it's broken. Overall a terrible experience with no resolution. I hope that tomorrow they will be able to make this right.

Terrible. Placed an app order – extra cheese, extra sauce, onions and double pepperoni on half, well done, plus breadsticks. Also paid for 6 extra dipping sauces. Pizza and breadsticks were undercooked – how is that even possible when I ordered well done? – had regular amounts of cheese, sauce and pepperoni, and was missing one dipping sauce, even when the guy handed it to me and told me all the sauces were there. Won't be going back a second time.

Ordered online, waited an hour. They cancelled my order, never called, and my card was still charged. They will not answer the phone either. Trash staff/chain, do not order from here. I won't be anymore.

Ordered a pizza with 30 min delivery estimate. Took well over an hour. Tried calling store at 1 hour and was on hold for over 20 minutes for no one to answer. If you want a pizza but don’t care when it shows up or how warm it is when it arrives choose Papa Johns. “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza”… Poor Customer Service, Slow Delivery PAPA JOHNS

Last time I ordered food from here… it was running hours late and then got delivered to the wrong house. I couldn’t contact the location because “by chance” the delivery was at closing time and they didn’t answer the phone.Just now… I got my food 3.5 hours after it was ordered. The food came room temperature as if it was leftover pizza. To get my point across: I had to heat the breadsticks 30 seconds in the microwave. the food was just delivered.I’ve been obsessed with Papa John’s since I was a child… I will not purchase from this location again. I’m not even going to call them to complain because they clearly don’t care.

Very good pizza. The staff are professional, consistent, pleasant and do an excellent job. Every time I go in I am greeted in a friendly and timely manner. Probably the best Papa John's around.

If possible I would give a negative star rating. Delivered to the wrong address even though the address was on the label. When we got him to our address the driver dropped part of the order on our porch. He said he would have that part of the order sent again.That order also went to the wrong address. The driver texted that no one was home so he left it on the porch.When I went to the store to talk to the manager he said he had no responsibility since it was Door dash. Sucks is probably the best word to describe.

This store does not deliver if you place an order they will request a door dasher to deliver your order. Since the dasher is not paid by Papa Johns (even though Papa johns is charging you a delivery fee.) they usually will not pick up the order and if they do it will not be in a timely manner. Several times Papa Johns qouted a delivery time of 30 to 45 minutes and my pizza took over 2 hours to arrive cold. The last 2 times I did not receive my order at all and the last time after waiting an hour and a half the store confirmed they dont deliver their own pizzas and offered a refund. Too bad every place was already closed after wiating for my pizza my family was left with no options to eat that evening.I have spoken to dashers about this situation and have been told most will no longer pick up papa johns orders, because it doesnt pay.

Unbelievable experience. I placed my order at 6:57, estimated wait time was 62-72 minutes. After 82 minutes I called to check in, but no one answered. I decided to drive down there to see what was going on. There was only one guy in the store and he was cleaning while the phone continued to ring. He told me that he is the only one in the store, so he canceled the order. I understand people are short staffed, but to cancel people's orders without ANY notification, or not even answering the phone to let the people waiting on their food know what's going on. I would of had sympathy for him if I was told what was going on, instead of waiting for something that wasn't coming for 2 hours and then having to scramble for dinner at 9PM.We will not be returning after reviewing the other reviews and seeing this is a common occurrence.

Over a half hour late for delivery, on hold for that time. We finally drove over to this location and the ONE employee had canceled our order without telling us and was hanging up the phone. So now we are doing it right at the Nobel Roman's just west on the same road.
