Food was really good and service was fast and friendly. I would definitely come back. Love that they have gluten free options! I gave 4 stars because my latte was disappointing. Not steamed well. Just tasted watery.

Rosie's is a solid neighborhood restaurant with a large menu and takeaway bakery items at the counter. Breakfast can be ordered while open. Food is decent portions that will fill you up. Seasoning?? Dishes are plentiful and made efficiently. Taste, in my opinion, lacks. Not that the taste is bad but it all needs more seasoning.

Great lunch with friends! Amazing service! (Thanks Christopher). Broccoli cheese soup was delicious. Had to show how big the pork tenderloin sandwich is!

I absolutely loved my experience at Rosie’s Place! This charming breakfast spot has such a cozy, welcoming vibe with its exposed brick walls, rustic farm-style decor, and black-and-white photos that really give it character. The food was incredible—flavorful, fresh, and definitely worth returning for! A special shoutout to our waitress, Trisha, who was amazing—on top of everything and made the whole experience feel even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for the atmosphere, service, and of course, the fantastic food. Highly recommend!

The cinnamon roll was really good, the French toast was not. Our server was awful, set the food down and never saw her again till she brought the bill and they were not slammed. The gal working register could have cared less of my feedback and didn't have the time off day to look at me. This was a one and done for me. Sorry, maybe you'll have a better experience and food.
Delicious food (biscuits and gravy were GREAT) and service was awesome. I will be back soon

Wow, I’ve been to Rosie’s at least a dozen times, but today will might be my last time to the Zionsville location. Called in $81 carry out order, paid for the food. Ryan said it would “be another 10 minutes for the food to be ready” and then he told his coworker in front of me “$81 order - no tip,” I interjected and told him that I tip after the service is completed and told him he was rude. Talk about crass, unprofessional service. I did leave a tip when my order was handed to me. Do better Ryan, you represent Rosie’s and your representation today was beyond unprofessional and unappreciated.

No matter how busy they are, they always seem to get us a table within 10-15 minutes. Good brunch spot

I really wanted to like this place because the service and location are great. We had the turkey reuben, California egg sandwich with country potatoes, and challah French toast.
Our French toast consisted of two pieces of what looked like and tasted like one piece of a regular square sandwich bread cut into two pieces. There was one small cut piece of strawberry. You could taste the egg since it wasn't fully cooked. This was $11.
The turkey reuben was good, but was tiny. This was $13. I don't remember there being a side for this even though there is supposed to be a side for this.
The country potatoes weren't seasoned and were cut very small with no real texture.
In all, great location/atmosphere and great service but average at best food with small portions. We were excited to try this place because of the great and large number of reviews. We might try it again.

Convenient location for lunch while walking around downtown Zionsville. Portion sizes are very generous, so you won't go hungry. We were quickly seated, but there was a long line to pay on the way out.
