Around 4:30pm EST on 11/26/25 we pulled up to the Zionsville Whitestown location and the automated voice asked us what we wanted so we ordered but no one replied, so we pull up to see a female worker laying down on chairs. She sees us in the car and stares at us, not getting up. So we pull back around and finally a guy comes up to the window. The girl stayed sleeping on the chair. The last time we were here, the same girl told us that the system was down and we didn’t believe her. This proves that she just did not want to work. Spend more money on good employees.

The hardworking handsome employee Mr. Lyon provided me and my wife with EXCEPTIONAL service, from the moment we walked in we were greeted with his beautiful smile and welcoming nature. Although the music was horrible his demeanor overpowered this invasion of our ears.
