this place sucks. I ordered a trenta no ice drink and it only gave me about 70%. when the worker gave it to me it looked like someone drinked half of it and when we searched it up it said it was suppose to be filled to the way top and we called and we called about 20 times and when they finally picked up the worker was rude and said it was “measured” when it clearly wasn’t true and I ordered a no ice drink before and it was filled all the way to the top. and I searched up if they offer free pup cup and they said they did not have it when clearly did. worst experience ever and if I can give a zero star I WOULD. I shed a tear with the 7 dollar I spent for half a cup of drink.

I don’t know what’s happened but the line doesn’t move for the last two months and I’m stuck for 20+ mins in drive thru on Saturdays. Then today power outage which I understand but they only have a sign on menu taking mobile orders so you’re unable to get out of line. Said sign couldn’t be posted elsewhere when there is two signs it could have been posted on so I wouldn’t have needed up trapped. Always out of refreshers or lemon loaf and end up driving to Carmel since they don’t have issues with stock. Any seasonal item is out of stock in my experience within the first couple weeks.
Closed early. Second time this happened to me in a week. Said they go by a different clock when I said, I thought you closed at 8pm...? Not pleasant either. What happened to this location?

I’m not sure if management changed in the past few months, but I’ve given this location chance after chance and today was the nail in the coffin. I recommend the whitestown and Michigan road locations.
I was told this was an acceptable drink because I only asked for one shot of espresso. Never in ANY of my experiences at several different Starbucks locations have I ever been handed a drink and told this was acceptable, especially for $7! They’ve always filled the remainder with milk. Do better!
