I went to this location a couple weeks ago for an afternoon caffeine hit and I was shocked by how lovely the people working there are! They went above and beyond to make my visit pleasurable. What a great team you have!
I just want to say this Starbucks is doing an amazing job! I have actually stayed away from Starbucks with the service I got in downtown Indy. However, this Starbucks completely pulled me back! I am thrilled that my order is done correct each time, the order is done fast, and most of all the workers are always nice!! Super appreciative and will be back more.
This was our first visit to this store. Our order was correct (2 sandwiches and 2 drinks) and the sandwiches were very hot! We visited the drive through window. The staff was very friendly and fast.
