I get it, believe me. It’s a half hour until closing time and you want to have everything cleaned up and be ready to walk out the door.. but you’re open till nine.
It’s really not a good customer experience when all the toppings are covered up and lids are capped and you have to guess what is under them.

i recently ordered online for pickup. The meatball Sandwich was missing cheese. green peppers were overloaded but I didn't order it (allergy). the chips were missing. everything was right on the receipt. I called the store and was transferred to the manager who couldn't understand me nor I him. the experience was terrible. I was told I could pickup another replacement but I had to come and pick it up (I was told they couldn't deliver it).since I didn't have a car I didn't want to walk over there in the cold and dark. I asked if I could have a in-store credit and he didn't know what that was. I was very frustrated by then. so much for customer service. I will be finding a new sub shop

The place was very busy but staff was working hard to make food fast. Ingredients looked fresh and the store was clean. Very sad how high subway’s prices have gotten, but that’s all locations, not just this one. They have totally changed the menu.
