Waitress was extremely rude, slamming things on our table. She yelled at an older customer arguing about coffee creamer (poor man… I felt so bad for him.)
French fries were gross… no flavor or seasoning at all. Did get a good laugh from the rude waitress. I think this might be their “gig” there. I think they purposely act rude, I don’t know… I will not be back to find out the answer to that.

We have been going to The Friendly for about 20 years. It's always been one of the best places in Zionsville to grab a beer or glass of wine, catch up with friends and have a good meal. We love our server, Liz! She remembers everyone and everyone's favorite beverages and food choices! The Friensly is an integral part of Zionsville. ❤️

Came from Whitestown to pick up a tenderloin. Not impressed. The tenderloin was more like a fritter. Not meaty. Not real tasty. I read the reviews and thought I would get a great sandwich. I did not.

The Chopper Chopped Steak was great! My husband loved his burger and fries - fresh ingredients and not greasy. Can't beat the prices and excellent service! It's a mainstay!

Six (75+ year old) high school friends gathered for a terrific lunch at my favorite, The Friendly Tavern! The food was excellent, the service impeccable and our feeling of welcome was, best of all, more than any of us expected. (We only stayed 4 hours!) We live in Carmel, and our 4 friends are from Lafayette, and I believe we've all decided, The Friendly may likely become our regular meeting spot. Food orders were as follows: 2 breaded tenderloins, 1 beef Manhattan, 1 Prime Rib sandwich, 1 catfish sandwich and 1 catfish dinner...very little left to take home! (and 1 perfect Bloody Mary!) Thank you to the staff of The Friendly for helping us to have another terrific "old farts meeting"!
Parking: Greatly improved since our many years of softball at Lion's Club Park. Many, many hours spent enjoying the infamous Friendly!

Just a great place with amazing affordable food and it's 21 and older. Been coming here for years when I visit my friend.
Just moved here, only been twice but packed both times. Food was amazing, 100 times better than any chain restaurants. If you're anywhere near, should definitely get dinner here. Friendly staff and customers too... 10 stars.

Parking: Slanted parking angled at both sides off the road outside Friendly's plus street parking.
Kid-friendliness: There's a bar there but also a separate side up 2 steps.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there's room inside once doors are held open plus Handicap parking
