I’ve sat at that drive though for 30 minutes at a time and also they once told me they were out of strawberries…. But the food is phenomenal and I love coming here. I just recommend going inside! 😌🩷

First time goin to this location and i will not be going back. I ordered the chia banana boost its one of my favorites. literally tasted like water. Then the lady at window had an attitude when i asked to have it made again.

First off, get the app. I received my free (no string attached or other purchase necessary) birthday smoothie 😋. I ordered the Pomegranate plunge: pomegranate, banana, strawberries, and cranberries. I never had it before so it was the perfect time to try it, and boy was it delicious! The service was great, I ordered through the app and it was ready at its set time. The atmosphere was clean and the employee was cleaning up after creating the smoothie (clean workspaces are everything).

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp about two doors down, but the doors to the restaurant are not automatic.

They were closed during open hours. I came back on a different day and I got charged for an item I didn’t get. I came back shortly after and they told me they don’t have the ingredients to make it (acai bowl w/ Nutella). I was ignored for ~5-10 minutes until another staff came in the building and made me a replacement. Worst experience ever with a food joint.

bad service, im tryna play rocket league with my cousin and they won’t let his girl get her sandwhich. as soon as she got her damn sandwhich, THEY MADE IT WRONG! bad service bad place to spend your money go somewhere else.

They would not give my buddy’s girl her sandwich she paid for and they wouldn’t give her a refund. I’m 16 hours away from here but they annoying me. He’s on the phone with her while she dealing with this and I’m just trying to play rocket league. So overall bad service and slow service. Thanks for making me sit here and listen to this when I should’ve been able to play some video games after my 12 hour shift.

Update: She got the sandwich but they made it wrong. SMH.

Throw the whole place away. This Tropical Cafe NEEDS to be shut down. I'm literally THE most patient person. Baby I even gave them chance after chance after chance bc I wanted to HOPE it was a 1x thing. EVERY time something was wrong or missing. I'd order a hummus veggies wrap but it had a pinch of hummus. A $10 acai bowl with no granola. Wait in line for 45min! Just for the order to be missing items. I can go ONNNN! Because I've been giving them chances for months now.
This location needs to be closed! Customer service is bad. Management ISN'T managing or management has got to be on a STRICT budget at this location only. Because it feels like a scam every time. The training to work here must be to "just SHOW UP and figure it out" because nothing seems figured out EVEN after 3+ months of giving them chances at different times of the day.

After a long day working two jobs I wanted a little dinner. Started out strong, quick response from drive thru, Wilson was who took my order, everything was ordered correctly on screen. The payment was also processed by Wilson and was very quick as well. I got my smoothie in a timely fashion and the boy being trained told me to have a good night in which I said thank you, I’m still waiting on food though… I ended up waiting in drive through for 13 minutes with no one checking to let me know food was running behind or anything. A big part of working in the service industry and making sure employees relay information regarding their order so the whole process goes smooth. During these 13 minutes I saw the employees walk by the window more than 6 times, and a group standing where they make the smoothies. Not only that but I could see the smoothie sitting on the counter ready for the car behind me, and no update on my order during this whole time. I then proceeded to let off a light honk to get employee attention since it was dark out and I had already knocked on the window, no one came to the window so I pull around and come inside and let them know that I am very upset that no one is coming to inform or let me know food is running behind, as there were no cars in front of me when I got there… they then informed me that Amber the Lead or manager of day was on line and I could see her making food but not mine I continued to wait and speak to the other employees for another 12 minutes before getting anything close to food. I also asked for a refund as the order was 15.46 and I didn’t receive over half my order in over 20 minutes as it was now 8:24. They failed to give a refund and said the head manager would have to reach out to me tomorrow. Now as for Amber, I am a lead myself in my job and part of your job is to help with customer issues to ensure a better experience. Now it was quiet and not busy nor did she have headphones on so as manger or lead she sound have come over to resolve the issue, but instead when I opened my flatbread it was missing ingredients, I Asked for a chicken chipotle club with no tomato and no bacon and got a flatbread with chipotle sauce and chicken. And that’s all. So I had to go home with no food nor with my money back. I love tropical smoothie but I highly suggest your staffing gets a better training so customers can have a better experience, specifically appointment an employee to MOD or Lead who actually wants to do their job. I will be coming in for the refund as this service was truly unacceptable :( I gave the food back and said if I’m gonna wait 20 minutes for food the least that could be done is that it’s made right.

The smoothie was great, but for $9 I doubt I can find it in me to come back often. No substitutions - just straight off the menu and it was still $9 for the one smoothie. Be prepared to spend some $$$ when you go
