On Mother's Day 2025, my family of 6 people went to Verde Zionsville for dinner. We had to wait on four of our people, after my son and I arrived. Service was ok at first. Once the others arrived, the server kept disappearing, to the point where had to keep asking the other server where ours was. We put in our dink orders (2 cocktails, 2 sprites and 1 bottle of coke). We also asked for chips and salsa 4 times. The cocktails took around 20 minutes to come out, but the soda's took 40 minutes to come out upon multiple times of asking for them. We then put in our food order, which took an additional 30 minutes to come out. I was able to flag down the manager to let him know what was going on. He came over and did have a sense of urgency to the matter. Our food came out shortly after. Then we had to ask for the check, which took a long time as well. There was never a sense of urgency on the server's part the entire time, nor a remorse for bad experience. They gave me 30% off my check, but no discount on my brother's check who had to endure the same bad experience. Zionsville is too affluent of an area to have this type of experience. It was very disappointing.

Went on Mothers day.. felt unwelcome in this establishment. The server acted like we weren't even there. Called the manager to the table and seems like he was having a better time laughing with employees. By the time the food came, we weren't even interested. Maybe try another location. This location was in Zionsville.

Amazing upscale Mexican spot in Zionsville. Have never ordered anything I regretted from here. Service is always consistent and on point.

This is a great restaurant come here or you’ll be sorry come here or else. This place is too good. I wanna order 700 of these foods.

I live next door to them. Got a $5 off coupon for takeout. Tried to use it on a $40 order but it requires $50 minimum for pickup. Never heard of such a thing. Then tried calling and the line is busy. What a disappointment.

Arrived at 1:30 pm on a Saturday. Stood at the hostess desk for several minutes before someone noticed me. I would think that they would have someone working this area on a busy lunchtime. The restaurant is beautiful inside. The service once we were seated was very good. The food was just good, not great. I would have to say that the Carmel location is much better.

Food wasn’t bad but portions are smaller than other competitive places in the Carmel area. If you aren’t going to drink expect poor service. Never brought appetizers and ignored us initially. Wasn’t the place it once was. Why spend your money here when you have better options?

Verde seems to be filled with nothing but love... lovely food, lovely furnishings, and lovely people. It is always our go to for social meetings.

The birreaquesadilla tacos were SO delicious! Our waiter was also very attentive and friendly. It was our first visit, but won't be our last!!

Love it. It is quite close to our home and we really enjoy just sitting at the bar.

The Molcajete was a $37 lie, not even a real bowl and could’ve gotten more meat from the much cheaper fajitas. Also the salsa was flavorless, the chips were overcooked, they took 45 minutes to bring out the food, and the tortillas were store-bought.

The atmosphere was good but that is about it.

Fantastic environment for a nice group of people. Friendly staff, greeted us quickly and got us settled in. Food took a while but tasted fantastic! Very professional service and definitely will be back many times again.
