The chicken and sides were good except the Cole slaw. My husband had a steak and it was terrible. Lots of fat and gristle. The older lady at the cash register is very very rude. She was being rude to a couple as we came in and then was rude to us as we checked out. Big signs on the check out counter that says “prefer cash”. Not like it use to be!! Sides were sorta warm, chicken not bad, lid on bottle dropped on floor picked up by server put back on bottle. Silverware was handed without napkins. Mold spores on ceiling. Ceiling was falling. Must not have inspectors.

We came here on a Thursday evening at 5. We were the only table in the restaurant. Kind of awkward...
The fried chicken was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor. The mashed potatoes weren't very hot but the gravy was good and made up for it. The creamed corn was fantastic! Wish we got more. Ice cream was just okay. Our server was very nice.
I just thought it would be busier based on previous reviews and the chicken is advertised as pan fried and it is not....
