Definitely have to add to the bad reviews. I wish I would have read them before coming here. Waited about 15 minutes in the drive through with no one ahead of me. 3 different people came up to me during this time. First one mentioned what my order was after the first 7 minutes.
My cheeseburger that I requested bbq sauce was slathered with it to the point it was spilling out. Fries were oldddddd.

Husband and I came here and ordered food through the drive through, and got my food and went home. I got the food out of the bag and realized they forgot my fries.
Went back all the way to the store from my home, told the lady about how they forgot my fries and the lady was full of attitude and just out right nasty, as if it’s my fault that they forgot my fries. I had to wait even longer to get my fries and then head back home to now, cold food as I had to take time to drive back for their, yes simple mistake, but a mistake that has my food now cold from a employee who was really rude and disrespectful to their own mistake. (The lady: Short, brown hair, glasses, bigger set women).

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. After a 35 minute wait with 1 other customer in the restaurant, we decided to attempt to cancel our order as they hadn’t even started it. They refused to give a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is probably the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. 30 minutes for 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals
At least they have a playground go the kids while we waited for half an hour

Traveling and stopped for a QUICK bite to eat and got caught in a 20 minute drive thru wait.

Trash service didn’t even get to order. My husband and I stood at the counter while 3 workers looked at us multiple times and never even acknowledged us. After about 5 min of us standing at the counter (only one car in the drive thru) we walked out and went to McDonald’s across the street. The worst Birger King/ fast food restaurant service if o could give them no stars I would.

Charged me for full amount and only gave half my order. Seemed chaotic and mismanaged.

Apparently the app codes don’t work here. The guy taking my order couldn’t hear anything I said no matter what and then gave me an attitude for it. Clearly everything needs to be fixed in there!

This place continues to disappoint. The last 2 months have been even worse than ever. Sticky floors (you can hear your shoes peeling off with every step), staff that don't have a clue as to what they are doing (poor training I'm guessing and no time management) and the manager repeatedly walking (no smile or greeting customers) around them not taking charge but instead entertaining his kids. The kids had a great set up with tablets and chargers, toys and running around the tables (while customers were eating) and in and out of the play area.
