I stopped here on a road trip, and waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes without even being greeted. They weren't busy, the staff were moving like stoned and drunk nursing home patients, and one of the employees who was on break spent at least half of it waiting on his shift meal (I'm guessing he had to clock back in before his food was ready). Another guest came in after me and said she had half of her food missing, but she finally gave up waiting and accepted the loss. I finally gave up waiting to order and just went hungry. Unless you have at least 30 minutes to wait on a fast food order, don't bother.

The food was good when we got the right order. My biggest complaint would be about the cleanliness, the tables were dirty and not wiped down and the kids play area was dirty with sand burrs on the floor.

Ordered on the app for drive through pick up and specifically asked for no pickles. Food arrived i took it and when I opened it to eat, it had pickles. This is the 2nd time this has happened now. However when I called and told them they told me next time I come in they would comp my food, which they did.

Never again will I go here. I felt so disrespected by this manager. When I asked to speak to the general manager I was informed she was it. This is very sad. When my whopper came out and it was cold I questioned why and was given attitude. I run a very good sized company and I have instructed my staff that on my clock they are NOT to eat here again. I will not allow my company's money to be given to this place again. The words that were said as the manager and staff thought I didn't hear were out of this world and completely not needed. The store was filthy and didn't seem that anyone even cared. I wasn't welcomed as I came into the location and I felt as if I was more of a burden then a guest. Never again and I promise that. Get a new manager and get one that will give a damn about your company and your guests.

Ask them about 9% tax on all food? That’s a rip off. They were supposed to change the rate in 2023. They charge $1.40 for a piece of cheese. Come on is Burger King starving or just don’t mind screwing people?

Everytime I eat there, or order food I'm reminded of why I swore not to eat there. But then I think, maybe it'll be better. But no, worse, Everytime worse. This time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. No egg, or cheese. What is wrong with this location. Save your self the frustration and starve rather than eat from here. It's absolutely the worst Burger King I've ever been two. Across multiple countries and coast to coast, this is the worst, it should be shut down.
