Order food for delivery, was double charged and food was never delivered/stolen. Called to get order corrected was told it wasn't their problem then hung up on, so in the end was charge $42 for food that never showed received horrible customer service. 10/10 will never return and will steer everyone i know to never go to burger king again.

Stopped for “fast” food on my way home with 2 more hours to drive. I could’ve gone to regular restaurant for time I spent in drive through. Took 28 minutes to get my order.

Went to the drive-through nobody was there at all. They had no customers and we were told she’d be with us in a minute. We sat and waited. My boyfriend said is anybody working because yes, I will be with you in a minute. We never got waited on we didn’t have time to wait

It's Friday night which you would assume would be one of your busiest nights as a fast food place. They had 2 people and the one working the window was probably the slowest employee they have. Ridiculous. Management is doing a very bad job.

Absolutely not a fan of this location. Almost a 30 minute wait for an order placed on the app for a 5:20 drive-thru pickup. There was 1 extra person in the drive-thru.

Special requests not followed. Asked for extra pickle for one of my kids. There was none. She is in the spectrum so this threw off her night. Asked for no onions, as I have an onion sensitivity so no burger for me. Another special request was to add bacon and the sandwich had no bacon at all. The lettuce had to be scraped off due to it looking like it was rotten.

This is by far the WORST BK I have ever been too. I will never go to this one again. I will take the trip to Junction City if the BK crave hits again.

I would not recommend this place to anyone and would do whatever I could to make sure nobody subjects themselves to this horror.

Definitely have to add to the bad reviews. I wish I would have read them before coming here. Waited about 15 minutes in the drive through with no one ahead of me. 3 different people came up to me during this time. First one mentioned what my order was after the first 7 minutes.

My cheeseburger that I requested bbq sauce was slathered with it to the point it was spilling out. Fries were oldddddd.

Husband and I came here and ordered food through the drive through, and got my food and went home. I got the food out of the bag and realized they forgot my fries.

Went back all the way to the store from my home, told the lady about how they forgot my fries and the lady was full of attitude and just out right nasty, as if it’s my fault that they forgot my fries. I had to wait even longer to get my fries and then head back home to now, cold food as I had to take time to drive back for their, yes simple mistake, but a mistake that has my food now cold from a employee who was really rude and disrespectful to their own mistake. (The lady: Short, brown hair, glasses, bigger set women).

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. After a 35 minute wait with 1 other customer in the restaurant, we decided to attempt to cancel our order as they hadn’t even started it. They refused to give a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.
