MOD tonight needs to learn how to better manage. Walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes before she even noticed me. Then she asked if I had been helped and I said “No”. She then proceeds to tell a female employee that I was standing there, girl looked around the corner and ignored me. Manager kept making eye contact with me, but was to busy talking to a male employee who was off the clock and going home, talking about her not being there next time he works because it’s her 40th birthday. Then she proceeded to say “Nobody’s getting any food until I’m done BECAUSE I DON’T CARE”. I stood there another minute and turned around and walked out. I was a GM for many many years and I would NEVER tolerate one of my people acting that way or ignoring customers. And reading the reviews it seems to be an ongoing issue around the same time. Hmm think there is a problem here.

Came in to order a 10 piece tender by itself. Young lady at the counter told me that she couldn’t do it because she would have to drop them and it was only her and a cook there. So then I asked do you have some in the walk-in she replied yes we do but I cannot do it because the new crew doesn’t come in till 3 PM and she’s under staffed and she can’t make time to do it. I’ve been explained to her that when I worked at a restaurant and I was by myself I still found time to drop food into a grease vat if a customer wanted it and then told her to keep her head up and that I would no longer need the tenders. As a truck driver, I see this mistake made by young employees all over the country she thinks because there’s no one to physically stand at the register while she goes to drop tenders that it is impossible to do smh. Won’t buy anything else from this place, including loves.

Had my first ultimate omelet breakfast biscuit yesterday and it was really good. Hadn't had Hardee's breakfast before since we don't have a Hardee's where I live. Surprisingly good.

We ordered 2 Big Hot Ham and cheese sandwiches & 2 medium fries. The fries were cold & obviously not fresh, the sandwiches tasted fresh but were not even warm. The kid who took our order was not friendly & obviously not wanting to be there. Very disappointed!

Out of chicken tenders. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich that was absolutely disgusting; over cooked or cooked hours before. The bun was fresh! Pop is flat. Took a considerable amount of time to get our order. Save yourself the time & frustration and eat at the gas station!

This store used to put out some of the best food I've ever seen l. Came in a little box and look just like it did on the menu and the ingredients were always right.
Overtime I've had multiple disappointments with this restaurant, it seems to continue to spiral downwards in its quality. Today I ordered a kid's hamburger that was so dry my little dog could barely chew through it, but it kept him entertained longer than normal which is also a blessing I guess. My two mushroom swiss burgers that I've been craving for a while, we're mushroom and cheddar it didn't quite taste right.
I do a lot of traveling and as far as fast food quality goes this used to be one of the top places I've seen and tasted around, but in too Short years it's now become a pass by on the way to the next town. I don't know if you have to bring back that little old lady that used to sit at the drive-thru or not, but please fix what you have.

Did not know how bad the food was until we were headed down the highway. Tried to get our money back on the way back home, but they wouldn't give our money back. $30 wasted!

We usually stop by this Hardee's on either sat or Sunday every weekend. And during the daytime the service is PERFECT. But we have been at night a few times and our order is ALWAYS wrong. Something in our order is ALWAYS wrong. Tonight we went in at 625pm and the lady behind the counter was acting weird. Of course we had to repeat our order several times to her and my 6 year old granddaughter asked me if she was on drugs or what was wrong with her. We just took our order and left because of her strange behavior. This is not the first time we have had her nor is it the first bad interaction we have had with her. When we go and she is working I just know it's gonna end with something being messed up in our order.
