Manager at Abilene KS store on Sunday, July 13,2025 is extremely rude. They need to get rid of her. I was traveling and stopped in and she literally shouted at me in front of customers because she didn’t like where I was standing. Could have asked nicely but chose to shout instead. Classy customer service

Waited 20 minutes for cold fries and quarter pounder. Was not a special order - not sure the issue. I was not the only one who had to wait…. The employees were very nice and pleasant.

Clean store every time I go in for a sit down meal. I've done drive-through twice in the last couple of weeks, at different times of day, and my order was fresh and ready when I got to the window. This restaurant has the shortest drive-through wait time I have ever experienced in fast food chains. Staff is friendly and look well groomed. Thank you for putting the bar back up there for other fast food chains. Thank you Raelynn for the great attitude and smile.

If I could give a zero, I would. If I was the GM I would have fired everyone on shift that was working May 7th 2025 around 6pm. Their lack of attention, care for the company they represent showed through the whole 30 minute drive thru experience. This is fast food. It shouldn't take twice as long as a sit in restaurant. This complaint was forwarded to corporate, as well as the regional managers. These corporate chains need to invest more in the quality of their employees, because the food isn't near as good as it used to be. Couple that with shirking responsibility by telling the customer its because of being short staffed, or whatever. Thats not a customer issue, invest more in the quality of customer service, because you cant survive on taste alone.

I decided to take my girls into town for a treat we were wanting to get shamrock shakes to substitute for our drinks with our meals. But when I pulled up the lady said we don't have those I said well you have them advertised she said yeah we don't have them anymore so I settled with chocolate shakes for our substitution. We pulled up to the first window I wasn't even given the opportunity to talk because she gave me my card and shut the window. I pulled up to the second window and she handed us our chocolate shake. I said these are supposed to be chocolate she said they are I don't know if the machine is broken. She hands us our food and as we drive off we take a drink and nope they were vanilla 😔. So come on McDonald's if you're going to charge so much for your fast food then can you please make sure that your information and your service from your employees is correct and better.Oh and by the way shamrock shakes are supposed to be there until March 23rd just saying!!!

Thought we’d give it a chance after the remodel. Apparently the stoner at the register only waits on his friends. Never saw a manger. Long wait, garbage food (even for McDs)
