I went to get fries and an m&m McFlurry I asked for extra salt on the fries and m&m on the McFlurry and all I got was fries filled with salt packets and a vanilla ice cream with all the m&m at the top I’m loving it

Ordered on the app and pulled around and us as well as everyone else behind us got pulled from the drive through. Waited a little more than 15 minutes before we got our food. There was a car waiting when we got pulled that was still waiting when we left. The food was fresh at least. Seems to happen often when we go to this McDonald's.

I went through drive thru, my order wasn’t on screen so I got to window and asked him to repeat it. Sure enough, it was missing a drink as I suspected bc he was in a hurry. The next window, the lady seemed so confused telling me this wasn’t my order. I explained it was definitely my order and I was just waiting on a frappe. She stared at the monitor and then finally understood I had my food. Brought me my frappe. I asked for a fork, she yelled back for a fork. She handed to to me and this lady, I swear, hates her job. She was not enthused to be there or to be conversing with me. I drove off irritated by all of their lack of joy in life. I get back on the highway and my sprite was just carbonated water. My fries were old. We are traveling so it just wasn’t worth it to go back. I thankfully had a cooler with drinks in it. And napkins don’t exist at this McDonald’s I guess.

Went to this particular location to receive an order remake courtesy of one of the amazing male managers. Only to be highly disappointed again with the same poor quality food and horrible customer service.

We visited this restaurant on December 6, 2025, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. My wife and I spent 40 minutes just trying to eat and get out. The service was disorganized, inattentive, and extremely slow. It felt like no one was paying attention to the customers, and our simple visit turned into a frustrating ordeal. We left feeling disappointed and will not be returning. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our visit.

These fools dont know how to run a store on a Friday night. They shut down the drive-thru for 30 min because whoever is the manager doesn't know anything about management. Then they said they are taking mobile orders...we told them ours is a mobile order and they still refused.
