Staff is always super friendly, but more than likely they are going to make you park. Not super fast, but the friendly kids that work there make up for it.

All drive thru cars being sent to wait. 6 stalls full. 1 girl comes out not knowing which car to go to and taking her time. 12 min wait for a cheeseburger and fries and they were no longer hot.

This Mc D was near empty. 3 to 4 cars were waiting on their orders. It took 20 minutes to go through the drive thru for 2 regular orders. By the time our order did come out to the parking lot, the ice in the crappy cups had half melted. No napkins. No salt on the fries . No ketchup. Becoming more and more typical of McDonald's. And it's a given that McDonald's lids are going to leak.

I called in to McDonald's in Abilene, KS about 10 A M this morning to see if they would hold a big breakfast for me. I was going to arrive about 10:35 with breakfast ending at 10:30. They didn't get that done. I really enjoyed McDonald's breakfast. Not that big a deal, but would have been great if they would have done it.

My husband and I just got back to town, stopped at McDonald’s for lunch. He ordered a Big Mac and it had absolutely NO meat on it Not even one patty! And to top it off, had about a six minute wait on the French fries. Sad restaurant!

Manager at Abilene KS store on Sunday, July 13,2025 is extremely rude. They need to get rid of her. I was traveling and stopped in and she literally shouted at me in front of customers because she didn’t like where I was standing. Could have asked nicely but chose to shout instead. Classy customer service
