I first met Gary with Smokin G’s at one of the Foundry Event Center’s open houses. I was blown away by his incredible food! The pulled pork was to die for, the brisket was so tender, and the chicken was delicious! Pair them off with one of his signature sauces and you are in heaven. Not only was his food amazing, but he was genuinely a wonderful person to talk to, interact with, and have as our caterer for our wedding. His prices were right within our budget, and that included our main meal, the hors d'oeuvres and the linens for the night. I had so many people tell me after the wedding that his food was some of the best BBQ they had ever had. Gary was very accommodating to our requests and even went as far to prepare us a plate early so that we could eat while our guests were getting settled. They were very professional and all 275 guests were fed in less than an hour. We found this to be an excellent and affordable catering experience.
