This place sucks. Every time I give this sonic a chance of hope yall mess it up. 3 different times. YOU ARE A TRUCK STOP. DO BETTER. I have been here when it first opened and it was amazing. Quick service and fresh food. Now its horrible. Like dude why am I waiting in line for food that is over cooked or thats been sitting there. đ like I know yalls starting pay I've seen starting rate on indeed. I paid 30 dollars for a double cheeseburger a cheeseburger and a wacky pack and damn even the kids meals. Yall should be ashamed.

Horrible experience here this evening. Close at 9pmâŠI was ordering at the counter around 8:20. 5 pc chicken strip combo with lg drink and lg tots. Food WAS NOT FRESH whatsoever. My diet strawberry limeade had barely any strawberries at all. The girl that took my order appeared annoyed that I had the audacity to order food and drink from this Sonic. She put the old lukewarm strips and tots in a bag and TOSSED it up on the counter and said hereâs the foodâŠand she grabbed the drink and set it on the counter and walked away.
As a former managing partner of several Sonic locations in Texas and Florida years ago, I was really shocked at the complete disregard of customer service, and serving food that was basicallyâleftoversâ from the dinner rush, if they even have one at this location.
I am a truck driver and have stopped here numerous times since this truck stop/ convenience store opened a few years ago and have ordered from Sonic, but never again. Whoever owns this franchise shouldnât be operating a restaurant. Someone in Oklahoma City (Sonic Corp) needs to address all the bad reviews this location gets and pull their sign down!!!!
Do yourself a favor, and if youâre hungry, donât stop here for Sonic, go on into Topeka or Junction City and find a decent restaurant.

Food was bland at best. Itâs clearly bothersome to staff to do their job. The staff was way more invested in their phones than customer service. Itâs been claimed this establishment is going under, itâs not a mystery as to why.

Get here several hours before closing if you don't want: A. All menu options because they will start shutting down several hours early. B. Even actually be open sometimes, yes this has happened. C. You don't want a considerable wait because they have already put everything away and have to drag everything back out to prepare your order. Staff was audibly annoyed through the speaker and visibly annoyed at the window. Order was shoved through the window to my wife once done.
For reference we arrived at 7:45 - 8pm on a Saturday. Close was 10pm.
One positive, Order was received accurately and hot. I would just stick with this location for lunch, daytime, very early evening. Probably 6-7pm at the latest.

Girl up front was nice, but when I walked in to grab my order, I noticed the guy making my burrito. Was not wearing gloves. I had to throw my burrito in the trash because I was so grossed out.

No stars went to the counter and was ignored and walked past with zero acknowledgement by 3 separate employees. It wasnât overly busy. A âjust one momentâ or any acknowledgement that a person was standing there would have been great. Left without ordering. Garbage service.

Iâve given this place many of chances. Disgusting food, obviously sits along time and they still sell it. NOBODY wants old food!! Employees are RUDE. no respect whatsoever. If youâre gonna work in fast food then you need to be nice to the customers.

Arrived at 8:45 pm on Wednesday sonic is closed? When clearly it says open until 10.
Edit: Went in at 8 pm and they had throw out...EVEYTHING. They told us they predumped the chilli. They got rid of the queso. They got rid of everything. They wouldn't make my order and said they'd replace it.....and then proceeded to tell me they couldn't make anything I asked for. None of it. They said I couldn't even have mozz sticks..cause they didn't have any..i refused to give up...and then they offered...MOZZ STICKS. So I don't know why they're lying to people. This place has turnover what feels like every week. The girls behind the counter is that it was funny to laugh behind the intercom. Apparently it's funny to tell people okay when they have a mobile order and not tell them any extra information and let them figure it out on their own. Easy ice is never easy ice because apparently they can't figure that out. So now I'm wasting my time when I absolutely need to get to work sitting in line just so I can have them fix one drink

Obviosuly the good reviews are from Kelseys friends đ It's clean but it's new....other than that it was awful. Literslly cold tots...like cold wtf. Cold burger....not even going to ask to remake. If its as slow asut was and Food was tha bad cant imagine coming in here busy....just grab a fried pie and go somewhere else
