Wife ordered a well done hamburger, brown all the way thru tonight. The hamburger she got was RAW and RED in the center except for the outside. Ruined our evening. Waiter got the manager and after a bit of conversation she took the hamburger off our bill. To the cook, when any customer orders a hamburger well done, rare, or medium YOU must cook it how it is ordered. It is my hard earned money and I will buy what I want with my money not what or how someone thinks it should be.

Very bad experience. We got a table at 8:15 and waited for 15 mins. The restaurant was almost empty. The servers attended other people who came after us.
When asked the waitress at 8:27, she apologized and someone will attend soon. But it took another 10 mins for us to be attended.
I complained to the restaurant manager and overall a very bad experience being neglected.

Got there after my food was supposed to be done. But it wasn’t ready stood there awkwardly for a while, I’m not sure if some was done and other stuff was forgotten because my microwaved , med well steak was very disappointing! Along with some very dry chicken fingers and soggy fries. I will never go back to the Andover location! Spent $77 to be very very disappointed! Should have just gone to McDonald’s.

Abbey was lovely and very kind. However, no fault of hers, my pasta and my girlfriends food came out so cold that I believed it had not been cooked. However she was kind and energetic enough to redeem the negative experience. Y’all survived that 2022 tornado and yet did not have enough of a come to Jesus moment to fully cook your pasta.

We stopped in late one night...around 9:30 we ordered the Pretzel & Beer Queso and the Chicken Quesadillas on the Half priced Appetizers menu along with a Margarita & IPA Beer. The food was surprisingly really great and service too! We will be back and will be be bringing our friends on Tuesdays
Our waitress was friendly, however my mum requested her steak to be medium rare, and it came out well done. When the entrees came out, she did not bother to take or ask if I was done with my empty salad bowl. She did not ask if I needed a water refill ONCE during our visit, not even when it was time to pay the bill, and my empty glass by my empty salad bowl was on the edge of the table so it could be clearly seen.
