Stopped through earlier today for lunch. Went through the drive thru and Samantha who took our order was very friendly and helpful. Got everything that we order. Had to park to side while they worked on our order, but do understand that the larger orders can take a bit longer and wait time was in no way excessive.

Counter help is bright, cheerful, and patient. Enjoyable to deal with. The restaurant is clean, airy (lots of windows and natural light), and has a comfortable temperature. Food was served hot but was typical fast food fare. Had the BLT special, jalapeno poppers (they were surprisingly good), and a soda.

I wish there was a wider drive thru lane. Once you pull in, you can't leave until you have gone completely through the line. I've watched it trap people long enough that they jump the curb and destroy the grass to leave.

I frequent this Arby’s for lunch and I haven’t had any bad experiences yet. The staff is always kind and friendly. My food is always correct and fresh. Prices are fair.
Food was cold. Chicken sandwich, fries and roast beef. Reported it, they didn't even off the comp the food.

You’d think after paying $12 for a single meal that they would give you freshly cooked fries but that’s not the case. They just had to be lazy and give me nasty fries that tasted like they have been sitting in the basket for the past 2 hours but it gets even better, they gave me crumbs for fries, there was literally 1 actual curly fry in my entire order. My chicken sandy didn’t taste very fresh either. Fast food restaurants are bold for raising prices lately but especially arbys. Their food has always been overpriced but this trip will forever be my last. I could’ve gone to an actual restaurant and paid that amount for a meal and it would’ve been fresh to order. I wish I could get my money back. Avoid this arbys, the workers clearly don’t want to be there and don’t care if your overpriced food is served to you old and cold.

Late evening, clean floors clean store ?... A+All the chairs and tables clean, shows pride!!!Made good food too. I forgot pics till I was leaving I loved the Orange milkshake yum!

We ordered 2 of the Waygu burger combos, completely inedible, burger was bright red in the middle and fries were cold. $28 for it to go in the trash. Horrible!
