A must stop! Food was amazing and we are from Texas!! Got the ribs and burnt ends. Atmosphere was great and owner was sweet and very welcoming. This is a family owned business, small but I would say some of the best bbq I’ve had. Thank you so much. Glad we stopped by on our way to MO.

Best BBQ I’ve had in Kansas. Really impressed by the burnt ends & hot links. Somehow I hadn’t heard about this place, but glad I googled it. I stopped by for a LATE lunch on a Friday, and was greeted warmly & treated right the entire time. I ate way too much and took some home. Wish I would’ve had the peach cobbler for dessert, but I guess I just have to go back again 😋

I just would like to give Phil and Laura a huge ‘shout out’! Our family recently asked Boones Pickins to cater a family gathering for aprox 60. We went with pulled pork, brisket, pork n beans, corn pudding, cole slaw and rolls. Phil was very accomadating and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you Phil and Laura😘❣️
