Sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us.
Breakfast was served with a smile. Food was hot, drinks cold. Exactly what we wanted.
Best dairy products and very healthy fast food options.

We usually love Braum’s, but this location is absolutely unacceptable. The inside was disgusting, food on the floor, dirty workstations, employees in stained clothes, and a strong smell of sour milk. The worst part? We found a giant cockroach under our table while trying to enjoy our ice cream. Other Braum’s locations are far cleaner and more pleasant. This location in Andover needs serious attention to hygiene and cleanliness.
Tonight, I was going thru the drive thru, waited awhile to give my order, then got it. But that's not my issue. Since the road beside Braums was totally changed because of the apt building going in beyond Braums, & it took away the 2nd exit from Braums, & slicing off a good portion of Braums parking lot also. As a result people wanting the drive thru are causing congestion lining up in the drive area of the parking spaces. I believe this is going to cause less business for Braums, & maybe some fender benders, cause pulling out of a parking space, you end up in drive thru area until you can exit on the only exit there is by the drive thru. Please put another exit back in the parking lot onto that side street or there is going to be more congestion, & accidents trying to exit Braums in the future!!! Plus less business in addition to increased waiting to give your order at drive thru!!!!!

Need to help the younger employees understand to move a little faster, esecially when there is a line from register all the way to milk case, not scan one item and have a conversation.... I waited in line for almost 10 minutes to check out 1 ga milk. Then kid didnt even tell me my total.... just how much change I will get back from the $5 bill in my hand... before he even scanned my item. I had to ask him 2x what my TOTAL was so I could use my change.
