We're visiting from New England - and this is great ice cream! Great selection - I got pumpkin, gingerbread and egg nog. So yummy! Great price too ($12 for 3 large cups )!

Not only was the crispy chicken sandwich paper thin, it was super messy, and half of the sandwich didn't even have chicken it was just breading. It was 20.00 for 4 chicken strip meal and the crispy sandwich meal.

Last experience took a very long time for a fairly simple order, took 2 to 3 times longer and people were constantly coming to the window to confirm what I was missing from my order...

I ordered some breakfast this morning and the biscuits were not completely done. They were mushy and raw on the bottom and in my sandwich that’s how it was it in my breakfast that’s how it was. You need to cook your biscuits a little bit better.

No one in the restaurant the place looked horrible. Everyone standing around doing nothing. There was not one table clean everything all over the floor . This is not the first time I have seen it dirty. The manager needs to step up on getting the place cleaned up.

For the number of people working they were pretty quick. But when there's something going on with the schools (ie concerts, sports, etc) they seem short staffed. Would have thought the mangers would have asked for event calendars from Andover schools to have extra staff to improve thruput

This place seems to always be packed and the employees are alway working hard, especially Jordyn- she is always nice and sweet!

So slow, I have no idea what is going on with there staff but you will wait 5 minutes before your order is even taken

First off. the service was terrible and how I was treated due to the way I look was unacceptable. I am a burn victim and they all were staring at me constantly. And for the food there was a fly in my chocolate chip ice-cream. I originally thought it was just another piece of chocolate but it was actually a nasty fly. there was a young boy that told me that if I do not throw away my meal. THAT I PAID FOR. he would kick ne out of the building for "thievery."
