The initial order was really disappointing. My son ordered two kids quesadilla meals and what we received was overly stuffed, messy, and missing items like drinks and chips. For what we were charged, it didn’t match expectations at all.
After I followed up, the manager Sydney was very kind and took the time to explain how to place the order correctly next time. She also made it right by offering a credit, which I appreciated.
The food quality and accuracy needed improvement, but the customer service afterward helped recover the experience. Sydney, thank you.

This location really needs to staff up. Every time I’ve been in they are out of nearly all proteins and veggies and the wait is always absurd. Skip the wait and go down the street to Los Cocos.

Give this place like a year to find its footing and consistent staff... It’s clear they’re still trying to get their grill and prep staff trained, which is always a suspicious thing to be able to tell when food safety is concerned. There was an avocado stem in my guacamole and my steak was partly over done and partly rare with massive chunks. Portions were normal, but I did wake up the next morning with considerable digestive issues
Def agree with the portion complaints below me. I paid for double protein. 20 dollars for a bowl and counted 8 peices of steak....

We have been about 3 times since it opened and somehow the burrito bowls taste different from other Chipotle restaurants. I really want it to succeed because I want Andover to have a Chipotle. The manager should make sure the staff is using the same seasonings as other Chipotle’s.
