The Barbacoa was very fatty that it made my tacos gross…plus way too much cheese.

Absolutely terrible I have ate there twice so far and each time I have gotten food poisoning. I vomit it all up after eating it and that has never happened with other locations. Plus the portions are so small compared to other locations. Never eating there again.

The place is a complete mess. 30 plus dishes piling up. Filthy counters. They were running out of everything. Guy dropped my burrito, remade it, and then pushed so hard with the sharpie that it punched through and got on my burrito that I didn’t eat because that’s disgusting.

Very disappointed with the overall experience. My pickup order was messed up and asked for a manager to help fix it. I was told the manager was busy but seen them casually on their phone while there was a line out the door and only one person was plating food.. Who's running this place?

The ingredients were amazing. The service was a little lacking like they were unsure of what they were doing. You can tell it's a new restaurant. I'm sure it will improve over time. Could have been better but could have been way worse.

This restaurant has the WORST management i’ve ever seen coming from a person who has worked in this field often. Having ONLY 4 what look like high schoolers trying to run the restaurant on opening week? Thats embarrassing, greedy, and depressing to witness; especially within the Andover / Augusta community. (i felt so bad for the poor girl working the line ALL by herself… mind you, almost every location has at least 3 people in this position).

I had to wait 50 minutes for a bowl that was half full… watched what appeared to be the managers leave mid rush for well over 30 minutes… all while there was a line out the door. I was excited for a chipotle opening closer to the Andover / Augusta area however it is not worth your patience or money. You would save time choosing any wichita location over this one. I hope things change in the future, but as of right now, i won’t be supporting a Chipotle that believes they can treat their customers and their employees with such ignorance.

Absolutely ridiculous. I came ecstatic for a Chipotle in my town, however I quickly realized that it was not what I expected. The wait was long, they were out of fajita veggies, steak, queso, black beans, and brown rice, AND to top it all off the portions were ridiculously small. As you can see with my picture attached, I had added some guac, shook up my bowl and ended with a ball in the center of my bowl… $13 btw.. I have gotten amazing portion sizes at every other chipotle in the area and I recommend you go there instead of here… it’s worth the drive.

Long lines but these workers have strong minds. First weekend they are open so I will always give grace. Food was absolutely delicious and service was friendly and timely. The gentleman who was running the chipotlane was a pleasure. Thanks for working hard and trying to do your best!

Twas the night of December 12th and every person in Andover wanted Chipotle. They all went to this location including me and so the staff were under a lot of stress. I witnessed many rude customers blaming the employees for having to wait a little longer than they expected. Shaking their heads and raising their voices and whatnot. It just doesn't sit right with me, yknow? I have to appreciate the employees for staying strong under these conditions!

Food was good, but the servers making the bowls/burritos put only about a half scoop of each ingredient, even after asking for more. So my family received puny servings for $40, I’m not sure if this is due to new training, but I hope it improves.
