I ordered this for my daughter’s 3rd grade class and my son’s 2nd grade class, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The owners were incredibly kind—taking time to fill each individual order, keeping everything organized, and making sure it stayed frozen all the way to the school. The kids loved it, the teachers were thrilled, and all of us room parents were beyond impressed. The yogurt is delicious, and there’s truly something for everyone—even those with allergies. We’re so grateful CuppaYo is now in Andover. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give zero stars. The management is super unprofessional and unwilling to deal with any issue or criticism. I stopped getting froyo here when some of my strawberries had mold, and the toppings area was always a mess and seemed like a quick and easy way to get sick from other people’s germs. It’s also very pricey and honestly not that good.

Literally obsessed with this place! Super reasonable prices and they sometimes offer special discounts which I always appreciate. My favorite topping is the cheesecake bites- they are to die for. Staff keep it very clean too which is important to me as a consumer! 10/10
